Once again disappointed first two times and my order was wrong twice and wasn’t even attempted to repair the order. There manager doesnt do that i was told . Over phone and 2nd time messed up in person and was told sorry but that didnt replace my uneatable food. Poor job.

First time eating here. Instead of only getting my favorite ingredients, I went with the #2 in a burrito. This is the Hawaiian style. Holy black beans! It was amazing. So much flavor and that sweet habinero sauce definitely put a zing in there. Perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. The store was spotless and well lit. Kudos to the staff.

Have only gone to hotheads a couple times so do not know the menu well, plus I was going through the drive thru and on the phone with my husband to get his order. Food was good but really wanted to leave this review because the young woman who took and fulfilled my order showed wonderful customer service skills and patience dealing with my somewhat slow order. Her name was Hannah.
