TERRIBLE!!! I spent $12 on a bowl that had rice like rocks, soggy lettuce that I didn’t order, several missing ingredients including my sauce, Pico, guacamole and cheetos (which you have to pay extra for). How can you mess up reading an order and scooping ingredients into a bowl?!?!?! This place is a joke. Dinner ruined.

Big phat burritos and stuff stuffed with all kinds of stuff. They got all kinds of choices and fixings for all kinds of tastebuds. You can have whatever you like, or dont have whatever you dont like. The burritos were big enough to be two meals foreals but I’m not complaining about havin dinner and lunch for t hff e next day too. Good stuff but it made my head hot for some reason. Heh heh…

The food is good but I recommend to order in store. They continuously get my online order wrong. It’s not even a custom order. Straight off the menu. As is. Wrong twice now. I ordered jalepeno ranch spicy steak tacos (Flour tortilla, spicy steak, pico de gallo, jalapeno ranch sauce, lime juice, Monterey jack cheese, and cilantro) I got a hard shell with steak and some brown sauce.

Sean Foster is the most amazing person i have met in a restaurants He works here at Hot Heads and his customer service never ceases to amaze me!! I wish he could go to every store and restaurant and train these other folks how to perform proper customer care!!!! Not only is Sean AMAZING but the food slaps!! Also they have the tables set up for social distancing id you choose to eat in.I get the nachos and he piles my stuff good and high. I also am vegan and they accommodate that. They have a gluten free menu to accommodate people who have an issue with gluten. HotHeads is definitely our go to place when we in the mood for some good mexican type food!! Thank you Sean for being amazing!! I hope they paying you well!! If not shame on them for being so horrible to someone who makes HotHeads wonderful!!
