Really started to enjoy this spot more lately. It has made subtle changes for improvement and is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch grab. The taco Tuesdays have great value and they offer lots of other deals too. The mango habanero is my new favorite sauce.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my first visit here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have fresh food. I have always heard it compared to Chipotle. Chipotle does not have the awesome cookies or brownies. HH does not have guacamole. I guess it depends on your mood, but I am certainly looking forward to going back. I had a create your own this time, but will probably have the chicken teriyaki next time. The meat was seasoned and fresh as were the veggies, rice and beans. I am not a spicy food lover, so I really liked that they have mikd options. Well done!

Server was rude. Asked for double chicken got one scoop and a half a scoop for the double. Was extremely light on everything but the rice. When I asked for more he wanted to upcharge. We go there frequently..maybe not so much anymore if that is the service we get. I would give-5 stars if that was an option. So disappointing

I asked for nachos with regular nacho cheese Doritos, steak, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. They completely ruined it. They gave me spicy Doritos, which I did not ask for, spicy steak, a white sauce, and cheddar and monetary jack cheese. The only thing they got right is the fact that they gave me lettuce, which was obviously not fresh. Steak was terrible. Spicy, tough, and chewy. Tasted more like a pencil eraser than anything. Unfresh lettuce, grainy, powdery, clearly store bought cheese, and strange tasting white sauce. The Doritos were alright in taste, but incredibly soggy. If you want a half decent bite that might give you the correct order, just go to taco bell down the street. This only confirmed my hate for workers in the fast food industry and why I firmly believe that they are all idiots. Do better.

This location is not like it used to be. It’s not as clean nor is the food as good anymore. Last visit the lettuce looked brown and most everything on the line looked pretty sad. My burrito wasn’t very good either. Single girl working alone as far as I could tell and she was definitely overwhelmed and I was the only customer for the 20 minutes I was there.

Sigh…I usually come here and It’s great but tonight, oh no. First off they were out of a lot of stuff; brown rice, peppers and onions and I’m sorry, all the meat was dried out. Since they were out and another customer wanted the same thing, the guy cooked the peppers and onions for maybe 2 minutes. Me and the customer after me was kind of disappointed that we couldn’t get brown rice but thats okay, they were a least an hour and a half from closing (i got here at maybe 8:30) so I didnt expect them to make more, especially since they were already making peppers and onions. I asked for double portions of meat on my bowl and burrito, willing to pay for it, and the guy just gave me a scoops of each meat and just explained that that was double meat because it was two scoops of two different meats. I drove over 20 minutes to get here because i like it and its from my hometown but dude was kind of just rude and didn’t really care. He told me that he would have to double wrap it if he put more meat…? Ok…whatever you have to do, ill pay for it, honestly. Sigh, I’m just not coming back but I’m pretty sure they don’t care. I was not rude with them at all but geez…

Hands down better than Chipotle. Hate to say it but the food is only as good as the service. I come here often and it seems as though the people that seem to at least like there job I guess take more pride in the food they prepare. It all tastes the same however the rice can not be done all the way, sometimes crunchy. But that goes back to people working behind the counter.

Worst chain ever, and not because of the food. The manager, Paul, is extremely disrespectful to not only the employees but customers as well. Nobody wishes to spend money in an establishment that makes fun and belittles their customers. Their conversations aren’t as quiet as they think they are! I’m going to quit purchasing food from here.
