Took me and my kids to get food. As soon as you walked in you can tell the manager had a bad attitude. We ordered 4 bowls and he would never communicate just give my kids looks like hurry up while there deciding and sigh and stuff when they asked about things and the kicker was my kid asked which hot sauce they had and he sighed and said it’s right in front of you… As a fellow food service worker I know that even if the sign is there you can’t just say it’s in front of you so rudly… will never go back as long as that manager is there

I used to eat hot head quite often but not anymore i went in recently and both people working acted like they didn’t want to work at all. Not to mention the man making my burrito seemed really unhappy with the biggest frown I have ever seen. I will not return anymore they have lost a customer for life.

First time visit. Stopped for early fast food dinner, very late lunch. Tried the Southwest Birrito in a Bowl. Very filling and tasty. Pleasant surprise. Ate in my vehicle and noted this place had great in and out traffic. Others must agree with the tasty and filling observation. It’s like a Chipolte make you own burrito/bowl place. They have more pre-selection of menu to assist choice. Overall a good first visit and I will be stopping there. The premium selection I made was right at $10, which I recall being on the upper price points offered. Employees were attentive and friendly. I felt appreciated as a customer..again.

June 2020. A very limited menu. Really was looking forward to their scumptious Onion Ring tower! Its not on the limited menu. 🙁 Really disappointed. Otherwise, the same friendly, clean environment with good food. Spinach dip was good ~ but it wasn’t those Onion rings. (Lol)

I go in here all the time. It is clearly the best Hot Head in Southern Ohio. I went in during the -8 snow storm. In a time when work ethic is politically incorrect, it’s great to see hard work and people that care about their customers and want to do a good job. The food is always fresh and on point. Chipotle is no longer my favorite restaurant.

I am so disgusted with this place! First of all when ordering my food I had to pay extra for the chicken and cheese because the manager gave portions that would not fill my child up! Then we go home to eat and my fiancé chips a tooth on the steak that he got! When I called she said sorry because of the snow we didn’t replace the steak all day! She was also cross contaminating all of the utensils used for the corn and tomatoes etc.. I will be calling the health department tomorrow morning and also contacting an attorney about the chipped tooth! Not to mention that they didn’t give us any sauce that we asked for I got a juice out of the cooler and it was hot I had to bring it home and get it cold before drinking it I always choose hot heads over chipotle but after finding out they don’t change out the food and allow it to sit all day long I will not go back! Makes me wonder how many people this place has made sick!

I have been going here a few times a month for two years, I won’t be back. Today’s order had a long black hair in my taco. The manager has a horrible attitude, too many times I have ordered chips and they are stale, the food is poor quality. Not worth the high prices. Go somewhere else.
