Thank God this place is under New Management! I wouldn’t go there under the last owner. It was horrible! I’ve been there twice now with the new management they give you good portion sizes everything is fresh and the staff is wonderful! Highly recommend

It’s usually pretty good, if you haven’t tried the sweet halbenaro sauce you should, it’s not hot but if hots your thing get the sweet and a lil bit of straight halbenaro great combo.

I gotta say this Hot Head has definitely made a turn for the better since under new management. We have had both steak and chicken since this change and it’s so much better. Before it was cheap and rubbery and now it’s really good. It’s cleaner and more organized and even the staff is so much friendlier and respectful. So glad it’s under new management. I gave the last management a 1 star rating because it was far from anything higher but now this management definitely deserves higher stars!!! I seriously think that all bad reviews placed before new management took over should be removed because these are not a reflection of the current management and not fair to them. So seriously don’t go by any bad reviews you read before 2022.

I use to work at this place and it has really and I mean really went down hill. Was just in the store and the shift lead was sitting in the lobby with some other people and there was 2 employees on the floor and one was on his cell phone, another was in the back by the bathroom running the sweeper she came up and made our food because the two guys where just goofing off and taking their not waiting on guest. I had to repeat my order four times and still didn’t get what I asked for. Was told that the veggies take to long to cook so they couldn’t make any for m y mother’s bowl. But the worst part of all about our dinner is that one of the employees was running the sweeper the whole time we were eating!!!! That is so rude!!!!

Terrible service, could try to put a smile on. Doesn’t know how to make a bowl correctly. Forgot sauce and put items on that aren’t on it. Chips are awful, very small bag of broken stale chips. Ordered cantina nachos and lid doesnt even correctly fit and food is spilling out. So she double bagged it to help. Every time I go here, it is not a pleasant experience. I understand how it is difficult to find employees but this has been my experience even before the pandemic.
