Very disappointed tonight, 9:10 pm I ordered a bowl. It was scraped together 1/2 to he normal size. I asked her about it because they were out of black beans barely a 1/4 scoop, not 1/2 the normal rice. Yes, after questioning the scant rice, beans & meat, she did cover it in cheese to lok like it was as regular bowl. She didn’t listen to requests & was not at all welcoming or even friendly.. This was such a disappointment.

Would not recommend online ordering. Go in and watch them make your food!! This was my order today…………… This is not a joke. I paid $12 for this. My wife’s looked like this but with lettuce. (Edit) Apon further review, I’ve noticed that the someone moderates the reviews with a basic answer that they’ll send your concerns to the owner. In other words, there is no reason to post a review, they have no relevant response.

Don’t order online. There were missing items, and while I did actually drive back to get what I paid for – I did throw it out after I got home due to the gross conditions in the restaurant. If I had been in the restaurant – I would have seen the conditions, and if those were acceptable – I would have watched them make the order so that nothing was missed. That way this experience would have been avoided. What a waste of money and I have only myself to blame for paying sight unseen.

I just left hot head burritos crying, I have never ever experienced this much hatred from a staff. So I started my order for a burrito bowl, when I asked for the fajitas veggies, the worker screamed that they’re out of it and I said that’s my favorite part of the meal, this angry lil dude just toss the food with a big bang in the trash and went off to attend to the next person. I told him I wasn’t done with my order, and he was really rude to me, the other customer had to confront him for been overtly rude to me and his response was that he wasn’t suppose to be at work today and he’s just mad cos someone else called off. I don’t understand how that transcends to him been mad at me a paying customer. I was just crying while I left your restaurant with the food i already paid for. I couldnt even demand for refund cos i was too distraught. I have always ate here for as long as i can remember. With my 3rd and 4th pregnancy I ate just hot head cos that was the only food I could stomach. I know there’s a high shortage of staff, even at my job, but I implore your organization to please retrain your staff and teach them more about the importance of customer service.

I’m new to the area and decided to try HHB. I got a steak burrito bowl and a bottle of water. The steak seasoning tasted like Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning Mix that you get at the grocery store only saltier. It was so bad that I threw away the meal after one bite and left the store. I will never try HHB again.

I went to the Englewood location on 1-18-23. I ordered a burrito and a bowl and I have to admit I was a little excited that I had enough points to get an entrée for free. Part of my order included a jalapeño cheddar wrap burrito with queso and guac on the side. When the employee was wrapping my burrito he was all but finished but I could clearly see the insides were coming out of the wrap so I politely stopped him and said the insides are coming out so can you double wrap it? They double wrapped it and finished my order no problem. I got the free entrée added a 15% tip and right before they handed me my order the manager rudely said did you charge him for the guac? The employees said no I forgot. She sarcastically said charge him! I said wait a minute why should I have to pay $1.50 after I already paid for the entire order? This is not my fault it’s yours so why should I have to pay for it? She turned away from me and completely ignored me, the employee said I’m sorry but I got a charge you $1.50. I paid $1.50 with my card and was not one bit happy when I left. This was not my fault it was their fault so why should I have to pay for their mistake? If they forgot to charge me for an entrée I would understand but not for guac on the side! The manager was rude, loud, obnoxious, and in my opinion greedy. Photos attached.

Very upset the Google times are incorrect. We got here at 10:30 am but they dont open until 11 (i only know this because i had to call)…..needless to say we’re still in the parking lot. Very unprofessional for a business to advertise incorrect opening times.

The staff was nice when I came to pick up – but there was a FLY (or some type of bug that looks similar) in my hot head sauce disgusted me and I threw my entire order away. I of course would’ve said something had I eaten in, this was to go and I didn’t see it until I got home 30 mins later. This warrants zero stars honestly lol, it’s sickening.

Never had a bad experience, good food. They have a very snappy manager that insults new employees in front of customers that makes me feel bad for them. However never had bad food! Prices are not outrageous.
