They used to be so good and now it’s so skimpy hardly any meat or corn they refuse to put lettuce on it even after asking for extra and they still can’t wrap the stupid thing without ripping it. They used to do it just fine tho. If I order light hot head sauce they give me a ton it’s not like I can scrape it off so I have to pay for it on the side. With how much it costs it shouldn’t be so skimpy. Huge chunks of cilantro here and there is nasty.

Worst Hot Head I’ve been to so far. The worker didn’t put a lid on one of the bowls I ordered and squished the other bowl into the open one. Didn’t realize it till I checked it in the car. Brought it back inside to get it fixed and the manager (redhead) made me pay to get my bowl remade. Will NEVER go back to this store.

The food was ok. When I got my food, the young man who waited on me dug the bottom of the pan to get my meat. Then the young man who cashed me out talk like he had something in his mouth because I couldn’t understand what he was saying.

So sad I was in the store last week and a worker had came in for her shift she has blue hair and started yelling and screaming at a blonde head girl looked super nice I believe was the store manger she did not once yell back or do anything wrong to her but she took the girl yelling at her and walked out to her car as I was leaving I was looking around she was still sitting in her car looked really upset maybe crying but I just want to tell her that she was amazing and doing the best she can, but I didn’t. anyway I have not seen her back working but I still she the girl with blue hair. So sad that she was able to yell at her like that in front of customers and crew saying she needs to do better at her job and stop letting people call off. but yet still got to keep her job……..

We dine frequently, every time we do they always have missing itemsfrom menu. People standing around, never enough food and ingredients available. No hair nets, never see employees wash hands. Its sad this place has gotten this bad. When you go in and pay there price. You should be able to get what you order!!! Managenent needs to step up if they want good buisness!!!! Get it Together and stop being lazy!!!!!

So I have been in the piqua location many times and the manager with the pink hair is a peach every time I’m in there and I have no complaints when it comes to her and her service, however the other employees that are there seem to scared to give out the right portion of each serving of food and therefore under serve them. I can see the bottom of the bowl when they serve me and not when it comes from hirer up. On top of that the food was cold by the time I got home, I went there about 7:34 I do believe and I live 3-5 minutes from there.

Rude employees. Asked several times to cancel my order before they started making it it was already paid for . Then they started making it and said they can’t cancel it ., 04/13/2022, this is the skimpiest 10$ burrito I ever seen , also had to drive back to get them to do my order correctly. Piqua needs a chipotle desperately,, this is my door dash order. It arrived opened in a plastic bag on the floor. I regret getting anything from this place. They offered me five bucks just now to change my review. Lol . I’ll change it when you get better management and better employees that are proud of their work. That’s what missing in this world now is nobody takes pride in their work. They just want the peanuts you pay them
