I’ve been going here for years and have seen all the ups and downs. For the last while, there was a younger crew (especially in the evening) that have all been wonderful. Today I went in and was served by a lady who was a bit older. Her portions were insanely small, to the point where a regular burrito came out the size of a lil burrito. The other worker seemed to try and correct her by going back and adding extra rice and meat to the order in front of me. Sadly, I was offered the same portions. This time the other worker did not take my burrito back so I was left with a sloppy mess of Pico and sauce with little rice, beans, or meat. For the price, this is unacceptable. She also soured the atmosphere (was not talkative, would not smile, and made snide remarks at her coworker). To top it off, I had to clean the table and chair to sit because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all today. This is the kind of service I would have expected 3 years ago. I am very disappointed because this hothead was my escape from chipotles bad service. Please train these new staff members or bring back the old ones or I will not be eating here anymore.

Delicious! You have to come here! Everything tastes fresh and I love the itty bitty shredded lettuce! The fresh lime adds that little extra to take taste to the next level. Most importantly, the staff members were so kind and helpful to us (the obvious new-comers) and explained the whole process and menu. We’ll definitely come back!

Absolutely the worst restaurant ever! Ordered abrazo taco and what’s in the the picture is what I got! No hard taco and very cold fish pieces. The bowl was supposed to be steak power bowl and as you see it’s just very cold steak (fridge cold) and guacamole only. Wast of money.
