It was kind of dead and the service was okay but they skimped on the chicken. I even asked if it was worth the $3 for double meat because I was gonna just get double meat when I see the portion size and he said no so I did not get double meat. You don’t always have to upsail but you should definitely make it worth the $3 for double meat. Am I being a bit ridiculous or not?

Been here Time and time again, still can’t get enough of how great the food and staff are here. Definitely a great place to get food at especially after a shift at work, or a great option for a lazy day meal. It’s the better and cheaper option as to Chipotle.

They have really stepped up their game. My husband and I go to this hot head location usually on Sunday’s (burrito or bowl 2 for $15.99) and always have great service and fresh food. Dylan C is always nice and helpful. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and this is very minor, is because I’ve been during the week and they have been out of ingredients (usually fajitas veggies) and one of the staff isn’t really “friendly”, but other than that they are superb.

My husband went to buy dinner for us tonight at 8.30pm and the door was locked although the sign on the door says that the restaurant closes at 9.00pm and their Google Maps says the same. There were a few girls at the store that were just laughing at him from the inside as he tried to open the door and walk in… Very unprofessional and disappointing. We have been going to this restaurant at least twice a week but we will not be going back…

I love this place. Friendly fast service made to order. I just wish they would start using plastic containers vs cardboard. I stop here before work and sometimes cannot eat for hours later which leaves me with a softened container.

The food is pretty good, but the service sucks. The music is too loud and you can’t hear your order and they can’t hear you place your order and twice now I’ve left food on the counter almost fully prepared simply because I couldn’t hear the kid to complete the order and he wouldn’t speak louder than a whisper. I will avoid this location in the future.
