Blonde girl named Stephanie very rude. Does not give you the correct portion size wants to charge you for extras that aren’t even extra. The location at Smithville has really went downhill!! Unfortunately I think this is the last time at this location for us. I’m going to have to drive just a little bit farther for better service and better food quality. Really disappointed!!!!

Wow… How far hot heads has fallen. Used to get it regularly but have noticed a serious decline in quality but this recent visit… The bowl looked like a sad microwave meal from a grocery store. They didn’t even bother to put pico on my wife’s order. And I got a table spoon of the fajita veggies I ordered. How is this worth 10 dollars?

I DO NOT recommend this Smithville location! Definitely not delivery! I order from Doordash all the time. Food is always there, except when I order from this hot heads! 3 out of the 4 times stuff is missing! This time half my order was missing!! If you look thru all my reviews I never complain or give bad reviews so that should tell you something! I also want to say, I understand people are human, but when I call up there and kindly let them know about it the same little blonde shift manager always gets on the defensive with me being super rude, doesnt offer to remake it and give me a dessert or something for my trouble of having to now drive up there when i work full time and am in school full time or even just offer to remake it and saying oh I made that myself everything was there. Well this bag is tied so tight and 3 times!? Only you too?? Only hot heads? Despite the multiple orders I make on a weekly basis! I don’t buy it and that is terrible customer service!

I was super impressed that the staff worked my meal through the line while also filling a single person’s order who had like 6 bowls. They were really busy and some food supplies were low but the staff was handling it well. The store on Wilmingtonis really nice inside too. Food is good.

Places an order today for 2 stake burritos and a stake nacho bowl. Nacho bowl looked great but the burritos were the smallest ones I ever seen in my life . 1 looked like a baseball the other was slightly bigger . I asked why were they so small and if they could be remade, and1 person did that’s just how some people wrap them and the other person said it’s because everything is weighed they suggested a refund and I said yes . Both had nasty attitudes and poor costumer service . We ordered using a card so have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund and will have to call corporate if it don’t go back to the card is what the lady said .

We tried ordering online so our order would be ready when we got there instead of waiting in line. For 2 people I spent close to $30 (2 bowls, a small churro, and some chips & queso). My husband’s bowl was so small, he ate the whole thing in 6 bites! I called the store and spoke with the manager. As I’m explaining why I’m not happy with my food, she said absolutely nothing. I asked her if she had anything to say about the service I received, she said ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about, we follow portions’. I said that for the portions we were given, it should not have cost what it did. Again she says ‘ we follow portions and you’re being rude’. She never once offered an apology for my displeasure, to replace even part of the meal, or offer any type of refund. Avoid the Smithville store, or you might as well just throw your money out the window. Chipotle has fresher food and you’ll get a fair meal for the price.

This was by far the worst experience we have had from hot heads. Especially at this location. Our food was not up to par. My husband’s bowl has a whopping 7 kidney beans on his bowl when he asked for beans. None of the sauce that we asked for was put on the bowls. And we were charged for a regular quesadilla when we ordered a child. The place was dead, we were the only customers and we were rushed like it was packed. We will not be returning to this location…
