Great place to satisfy a burrito craving. I ordered Leroy’s Spicy Chicken burrito (plus potatoes) and it was delicious. It was huge too, I had to take a chunk of it with me to finish later! It did have some good heat to it but it won’t knock you over if you’re used to spicy foods. Good price too, I only crossed into the 10-20 range because I added potatoes to mine.

Not what it used to be as far as cost and portion sizes go. However, you can’t beat getting fast fresh food with awesome service. People who create your burritos or bowls are always kind and attentive. Fajita veggies are always my favorite! If fresh and fast is preferable over fast and (?) Then I highly recommend Hot Head Burritos for lunch or dinner. This is also a good choice if you don’t want to feel guilty about the food you’re feeding your family! Pass on the grease and go for the fresh!

I used to come to this location when I lived near by and never had a problem , I came in today and was not impressed. The girl kept looking at me to make my selection even though I can’t see due to the wall , the other girl girl working yelled to a guy in the back about how the girl was new and on the line by her self. Okay I can be patient with that then both girls started talking about some “bitch” very loud and my 6 year old was with me . Girl one still wasn’t getting a ton of help. I ended up standing and waiting to be cashed for a few minutes which made me notice girl two was wearing pink fuzzy slippers. A third girl walked in noticed my bag of food that was sitting,she asked the second girl “Makayla” what is was, all she did was point at me, I told her it was a chicken bowl. Was never asked if I wanted extras or if I was dining in. As a manager myself I can tell the difference between not acting right because the strong authority figure isn’t there VS a store being poorly ran and this one is poorly ran.

Unexpectedly unsatisfactory visit from a normally good establishment. Right before 1pm today I went to this Hot Head to grab some food for my family. Upon entering, the line was a little bit longer than normal at this time, but not so much for me to leave. The line made progress pretty quickly and I was up to order. I informed the lady behind the counter that I would be ordering 2 quesadillas and 2 burritos. This is the moment the visit became an issue. She immediately became visually upset. She turned to face away from me, raised her hands up, was huffing and puffing and turned back around. I kinda blew this one off/gave her the benefit of the doubt as I did see it was busy, the line was building behind me, and I have worked in the food industry before. She then asked if the quesadillas would be kid or normal. When I stated normal, I do not know if she was expecting me to say kid because roller her eyes, began huffing and puffing again, tossed whatever metal pans she had on the metal rack, and had to go digging for something under the counter. She continued this rude and unprofessional behavior through making the quesadillas as far as visually expressing that there was apparently a problem with the type of cheese I requested as well. At this time a much more collected and polite gentleman in a black shirt helped me with the rest of my order.

It was slow and quiet, I had to literally repeat myself 3-4-5x for everything, he attention span was done after she asked “white or brown rice”. I reply both. Ok white. I said both. Huh what do u mean both? White and brown. Oh ok. Sorry. On what do u want on this bowl? The same. On white rice ♂️ no same as other bowl, brown and white. Same thing with both bowls for the beans. Had to repeated multiple times double streak along with every other ingredient. She ended up not even putting white cheese which I repeated 2x to make sure she got it. Guess that’s what I get for not watching it being out on. Usually it’s a 5 star but that experience was a 0-1

The absolute sweetest human just took my order. He was kind, genuine, and patient as he put all the ingredients in my bowls. I work for and assembly-line style Sushi restaurant and he offered me great conversation as we moved down the line. My food was amazing, stuffed full, and I came in late this evening as they were closing everything down. I typically choose Chipotle but their service has been stale and underwhelming. Thank you Hot Head for this CSR, he is was fantastic and I will come back due to this experience alone!

3 guys and one girls stand around speaking guttural, one guy shuffles as he handles both the food and the dirty money. She makes sure she piles on her personal to-go bowl, before she clocks out, as the guy cooking chicken picks at his nose & ears and touches the chicken. No mngr, disgusting habits. I will never go there EVER again ! I puked thinking how much ear wax is mixed with that lettuce and they don’t gaf. They expect a thankyou as they toss the bowl with lettuce coming out and all dragged across the filthy counter with the filth and germs. They kill a bug and with the same rag wipe down a table. I am literally feeling sick now.
