The rice was overcooked and I’m pretty sure the blonde guy that works there was high. He bagged up our food and took a break leaving our food bagged behind the counter out of our reach. When the other guy realized what happened he giggled and gave us our food.

Wow! So much! I like the rice and the bean and the corn and the pico and the cream and the cheese and the other cheese and the steak and she likes the beef and they gave me extra cream! Wow! So much detail to the gormby like that! Crispy! Service is very attentive. Love the uniforms. Hope to visit the soda fountain SO MUCH. sometimes the extra cream is too much cream and the cream gets to the corn but the lettuce saves the corn mostly. Like no badd! Hope to see again and taste the bowl! Good times at Hot Head thanks!

Hot Head took over an old Taco Bell location here in Centerville. I’m glad to see the building re-purposed. Our chicken burrito bowls were great. And the staff here was absolutely top-notch on our visit–very friendly and actually smiling and interacting with their customers, like they’re really glad you’re here. Very unusual for a fast food restaurant.

Ordered 4/17, spent $32.50 on 3 bowls where ingredients were mixed up but ate anyway because of time constraint. None of us ate more than half because it tasted off but put it down to mix up. All 3 of us ended up with diarrhea that’s lasted until today, 4/20. Called to complain and got hung up on twice. Do NOT eat here!

I love Hot Head but the quality is super inconsistent. I get the same order (spicy pork burrito w Sierra Mist) each time I go and it’s always slightly different in quality. Either the rice isn’t cooked all the way, the burrito isn’t rolled properly(completely falls apart while eating), Sierra Mist sometimes tastes like sugar water, and inconsistent burrito portions. Also would like to add sometimes they close the store earlier than what it says on Google or their own door, it’s very random. This joint would be amazing if they got their quality standards down.

This location to me is, the most friendliest and cleanest I have seen. The manager Kayla and Caiden has the best customer service that I have seen from a manager and worker in awhile. Good is always fresh and amazing.

Went to the drive through today. The employee didn’t know what he was doing. He never asked one question. What kind of rice what kind of protein. It was a complete struggle. He handed our whatever order out the window….lid wasnt connected. It went everywhere. Normally its goes like this. Hello what would you like. I would like a bowl…what kind of rice….what kind of protein….what kind of beans what toppings….it was a complete disaster. He didn’t know what he was doing. I am a level 6 google reviewer and I rarely give a one star rating but he was a not prepared to work the drive through….the food spilled all over the place …..in the past I gave it 5 stars now it’s a one star.

The food there is ok and the workers when i went kept coughing on the food like they were sick. Maybe shouldnt have worked that day. As well the workers were grumpy and slightly sassy. Sad place.
