My husband loves to eat at Hot Head Burritos. He really likes the fast service and the sweet habanero sauce! There’s always plenty of parking, because of its location. We also use the app, and earn rewards towards free food, and who doesn’t love saving money?!

We went here to dine in. The guy who waited on me at the counter was AWFUL. He was complete creep. Almost looked like Jeffrey Dahmer. He told me to pick either taco, burrito, bowl or quesdilla and then I could get whatever I wanted down the line on it. I picked a small bowl. He was intentionally bothering me. Everything I chose off the line was an upcharge. The man that waited on my daughter and boyfriend filled their bowls up with no questions. When he scooped the disgusting guacamole into my bowl and said that’s a $1.25 upcharge, I then reminded him what he said at beginning. Barely had ANY food in bowl and was charged $10. Everything in bowl was upcharge. Then without asking they bagged our food up to go. Paid almost 35 bucks for 3 bowls and the only thing he gave me a lot of was onions. I had eaten here before but will NEVER again. The weirdo working there shouldn’t work in public

I only have myself to blame actually trying this place. It wasn’t the cleanest. The guy who made my order used his hand to scoop up my rice and proceeded to put it in my bowl!!! Nothing was fresh. All of the meats looked terrible except for the chicken. All of the toppings were just about gone. There was barely enough cilantro and veggies to put in my bowl. When I received my bag there was something wet and sticky on it. The drink machine definitely needed to be cleaned. The bag of chips that they give you is supposed to be enough for two people but it was more like the amount you get in the 2 for 1.00 little bags of chips. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I just got into town, hungry, & found this place minutes before closing (someone was just finishing up the mopping). They welcomed me right in & happily made me a meal. I had the chicken burrito bowl, which hit the spot. They were also keen to have me (a recognized newbie) try several of the sauces. I will be back.

The staff is always friendly and I think the food is better than Chipotle. I only get the bowls. This is my go-to spot either going to or coming home from work (depending on the time). Decent portions and plenty of ways to make it just how you like it.

Team was kind and the kitchen looked clean. Similar lineup to other fast “fresh-mex” places. I liked their sauce selection. I got a smothered steak burrito in a jalapeno and cheese tortilla, and it was pretty tasty. Queso was good, nothing to write home about. The food was not as spicy as I would like, but that’s the way it is here in E’ville. You can’t find a habanero to save your life. Good experience I’ll look forward to returning.

Be advised… This is similar to Chipotle but does offer many different flavorings/sauces to jazz up the dishes. Taste of the food wasn’t too bad but I can see the additional sauces needed. The portions of meat were horrendous and downright embarrassing. Chips that were given for the $3.50 that was charged, also less than stellar in portion size as most of them were crumbs. Atmosphere was ok, music was good and many TV’s to view. But of you’re going to eat…. Keep on going. I know we’ll not be going back any time soon or at all for that matter. First time for everything!
