I never complain but I got a burnt pizza and then when I call to tell them they tell me to now wait another 30 minutes to bring me a new one!! I don’t mind waiting, it’s my child. I think I should have got a refund as well. I’ll never order again from them after this experience!

I’ve been going to Hot n Fast or getting delivery from them for years. 91ish I’m thinking? Quality, cleanliness, atmosphere are all a step above your average pizza joint. Had not been for over a year (shame on me) and I was not disappointed. Great people, great food and still great prices!

I had placed an order for a chicken tender dinner with fries. When it arrived, the chicken was almost pitch black, and and it tasted like absolute garbage. I have eaten my share of chicken tenders at various restaurants, but I have never been brought such poor quality food in both appearance, and taste. Don’t waste your time or money on this establishment when you can order something appealing and most excellent from other places right here in downtown Somersworth.

I’ve been a fan of Hot n Fast for years. I think I discovered HnF around 93-94 and while the restaurant has seen a few makeovers, the quality and service have never changed. Great food, great people and always an inviting atmosphere. Worth the trip for sure

Food was over cooked. If eating seafood textured like balloons is what you like, order the scallops. It is their standard to cook it that way. That is what I was told. Also ordered the gyro before and the meat tasted freezer burned and super dry.

They messed up my order but still charged me for some food they claimed to have not heard me ask for. I have ordered here a few times out of convenience, I live 3mins up the road an if they deliver it, some how food still cold particularly the fries. The pizza is good though.

Being from NYC you tend to have high standards for pizza. Let’s start by saying they need to upgrade their phone system because it took them 3 times to get my order right. The pizza was bland and the mozzarella sticks had a fishy taste and were to hard to bite into. The great thing was the person who delivered it, had a credit card machine on them and was super sweet. The pizza sauce was watery and the cheese was a gooey texture.

I ordered a smoked chicken, with a side salad and a lg ham & Cheese. So delicious, the reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars, thought they could’ve added another slice or 2 ham. But the bread, was so delicious too!!!
