This is not the Vegas or Phoenix level for the brand. There was not a bar tender, not as many choices for bags so it’ll be expensive, they were out of a lot of items on the menu and we were the first customers of the day at 6pm. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was the hostess, waitress, bus boy, and anything else you can think of. I had the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries and it was very good. My cousin had the garlic butter boil with shrimp and crab legs and she enjoyed it.

Our recent visit to this seafood restaurant near Disney World and Old Town left us with a memorable and mouthwatering experience. The flavors offered were undeniably fantastic, particularly the standout dish of etouffee, which left us craving more. The accompanying sausage also added a delightful touch to the meal. Had a bag with shrimp, corn and potatoes 2 or 3 weeks ago and it was so good! The sauce was thick and so flavorful. I’ve tried it three times since then looking for the same flavor and been disappointed each time. The sauce has been watery and borderline bland.

Hot n juicy Sauce is not same as in the past. Not the same delicious and intense flavor. More watery, flavorless and they now serve just a small portion of sauce, they bring shrimps almost dry. Service always is 5 stars also atmosphere and clean is by the book but sauce quality has half star.

Kissimmee location in Florida -The food was horrible ! I have eaten at hot and juicy in Washington DC so many times and it’s always fresh and flavorful we were visiting on vacation in Florida and so I thought it would be the same at this Kissimmee location but no believe the. Bad reviews the seafood did not taste fresh at all at this Kissimmee location !! Soft mushy !! Waste of money .. what a disappointment. We are half the bag after spending so much money !!

we got the combo with a 1/2 lb of crab, head on shrimp, crawfish, and sausage with the calamari. the calamari was great!! everything else was so over cooked and mushy it was such a waste of $70

DeSantis has done a number on Florida. There was only 1 server in the entire restaurant. A Mgr that was not hands on at all. They literally let a party of 20-35 ppl walk away roughly about $3-4k tab. Missed business.
