The food is decent. It is not the nest hot pot I have ever had but it is good. There are only two gluten free hot pot soups: The bone broth one and the one that starts with a T that’s vegan. The meets are gluten free and the veggies are. I had no issues eating here with celiac. The steam would blow into my face as it would rise which was hard to avoid so I just have to accept it. The stores in the area are also fun to visit. The price is semi expensive but i would say it matches the price of other hot pot and BBQ places.

The food was great. The service was quick. Noise level between the music and the cat robot was high. I couldn’t hear my friend talking unless she was screaming at me and sometimes not even then. The cat robot that brought food and cleared dishes was both awesome, startling and noisy.

I did not enjoy the food, price, or atmosphere of this restaurant. Everything tasted okay, but our service was slow, and it was a long wait to actually get seated in the restaurant. It was also quite loud inside. Furthermore, the actual heating device for the hotpot was clearly dirty. I wouldn’t normally complain, but it costs $45 for all you can eat plus gratuity. I don’t understand why the novelty of cooking everything yourself comes at such a high price tag. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant is the cute robot that brings your food out.

Let me tell you that you’re missing out if you haven’t been here! It’s best to come early so you don’t have to wait in line! There’s a long queue! It is all you can eat hot pot! There’s variety of sauces that you can make on your own. The hot pot is so amazing because it automatically rises up so you don’t have to dig around. There were great variety of things to cook. The portion was consistent each time you order.

Overall the experience was pretty good. Almost all raw items were frozen, veggie and dessert are AYCE. The wait was about an hour on a Saturday night with 12 people. You will be seated when everyone is there. I like you can raise your pot up to reveal all the cooked food! So amazing! I gave 4 stars because I think they could add some fresh items that would be perfect.

Catching up on my reviews ❤️ Most amazing experience ever! Note: the broth does get salty after a while, just ask the servers to add water/broth. Such an amazing selection for everyone! I have no complaints. Try going on the weekdays as the Asian Mall can get pretty packed on the weekends. Happy eating!

Such a cool experience. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff, and a cool location. You can shop around in the mall before going in to eat, or just wait in line to get in before they open. We tried a ton of new foods here, and for a reasonable price. It’s my new favorite!

This is our 2nd visit with a family of 5. It has quickly become one of our favorite places to enjoy together. Fortunately, both times we visited were during a weekday dinner, and we have not experienced the wait others have mentioned. Our only complaint is that the noise is so loud and distracting that we have a hard time conversing with one another.
