Difficult to rate this place. I’ve been a few times. The first time I had a nosebleed which impacted my experience. I had the chicken broth this most recent visit and that was the best broth. My first time I had the beef broth and it was far too salty. The conveyor belt style choose-your-own-soup adventure makes your experience all about your decisions. It is hard to fault the restaurant owners with the food if you don’t like what you’ve made. As far as the ingredients, they are either frozen or fresh. No problems there. The service was well-communicated, open and very accommodating.

EEEWWW!!! Why would you eat at this place after looking around? This place will for sure get you sick. Either from food poisoning or from whatever cold the person before you had, that sat there. They don’t clean anything. There was food spilled all over the conveyer belt, controls, walls, chairs and sauces. Use your eyes. This place doesn’t care about cleanliness. Look at the picture I have attached.

Really cool experience but expect to pay more to have this experience. You pick a broth and grab dishes to add to your hot pot. The beef broth tasted like strong concentration and the meat kind of sketched me out. I stuck to the vegetables and tofu-also each plate does cost a certain price so it adds up quick. That being said, the staff was friendly and I was able to have a customized experience.

There are a lot of reviews saying this place is too expensive. I’m here to say think about it this way. When you are here you are not only are you paying for the food you are also paying for the experience. It’s not an everyday type restaurant, there isn’t one on every corner. In my opinion it was definitely a quality experience for the type it is. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. She explained how everything worked and explained the different types of broth. I don’t eat pork so she told me which broths were safe for me. It’s free refills on the broth! Which I appreciated greatly. I chose beef broth. We put our drink and appetizers orders in and our broth was coming out at the same time. Crab Rangoon was the appetizer we chose. I’m not gonna lie to y’all or even try to front we started grabbing plates like kids in the candy store. The plates were coming around on the rotary belt and it all was fresh. A wide variety of noodles, veggies, seafood and meats. They even had tofu, potatoes and eggs. I grabbed the sliced beef, shrimp, cabbage, broccoli and the vermicelli noodles. I wish they had tomatoes and onions I would of grabbed that too. grabbed the sliced beef, cabbage, ramen noodles, pot stickers, wonton’s and the kimchi. Listen we both were extremely happy with both the food and the entire experience. The place was super clean, plates and utensils included. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beef broth was amazing very flavorful. The things we picked to add to our broth were delicious after taking a bath in the broth. We just may go back tomorrow and try it all over again!

Honestly, I could go for a much better solo hot pot place at Bellevue for a better price and better broth and choices. The broths are $8.50 each and the food choices are just mainly veggies. The broths are scams. The chicken broth was the same as the Swanson chicken broth and definitely does not worth $8.50. If you go to other hot pot places in Seattle or Bellevue, your broth would be full of flavors and some veggies in the soup. My mom and I ate about 15 plates total and we paid $97 for the meal. Whereas we could eat at boiling point with a lot more food and better flavors for less than $50 together.

The first step is to pick the broth. They charge $6.50 per pot, you get your own personal pot. Sichuan broth was good, it wasn’t spicy at all. Then you start getting the dishes from the conveyor belt (blue $2, green $3.50, red $4.50, yellow $5.50). I was not impressed with the food quality. I didn’t like the wontons, fish ball with roe and the lobster balls.

Loved this place. For us, it was a party of 7 and bar style seating. Huge selection of reasonably priced foods – mushrooms, bok choy, various seafoods, fish balls, imitation crab, pumpkin, squash, beef, chicken, pork, noodles, etc. We created a huge stack and were able to take home the leftovers.

Like a sushi place that has the rotating conveyor belt this hot pot place is the same way. Lots to choose, from the noodles, vegetables, meat, seafood and other items. Priced by plate color, broth is another price. Pick your broth flavor, they bring it to you and put it in the warmer that will boil then drop your food in to cook. There’s some seafood stuff that are still frozen and some shelled seafood you feel you’ll want to rinse before putting it in your broth to cook so I skipped on some of that. Cool place, good service.

My partner and I tried this place for the first time tonight and we were very pleased with the service and experience! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the food was very tasty, and we enjoyed our time very much! They state what each plate costs right on the menu, so it is up to you to make sure you don’t take more than you want to pay for. Anyone that thinks they’re “scamming” you just didn’t pay attention to what exactly they were grabbing.
