I can’t say anything about the food, because sadly I didn’t even eat here. But do think it’s important to give praise to this establishment for helping out a mom in need. I was on a road trip with my family when my newly potty trained 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom, there was not a lot around so we pulled into Hot Rods. They do not have a public restroom but they did not hesitate to let my daughter use their private restroom in the back.

Wow what happen to this place? New owners? It’s Ruined! Got 3 dogs and spicy fries, NO SPICE just over cook potatoes to the point they were pretzels dogs were SOGGY SOAKING wet YUCK! 15 BUCKS I GAVE it to the crows at spruce run maybe they will break a break on them fries dunno but I am NEVER GOING BACK

The hot dogs were the worst I ever had. Definitely not beef hot dogs. They are like mush. I mean, if you like dollar store bologna, you’ll like the hot dogs. The chili was horrible, too.

I love were the place is located at. There is a river right next to it and you can just sit in peace and listen to the river. But don’t forget the food the burgers and hot dogs are small but really good. Make sure to check out the place.

Great people, great food. I think the owner could tell that I wasn’t from the area and sparked up a conversation. After some chit chat while waiting for my order, he comes over and says he threw an extra dog in with chili and cheese for free! It was awesome! Big plump dogs and fresh ingredients. My new favorite while in this area!!!

I want to give a higher review. I just learned that ownership has changed hands. The dogs are the same. I like Hot Rods take on a chili dog. The issue is with the fries. The prior owner put more fries in the bag. It is sad to see the ownership change hands on this spot.

I survived eating the hot dogs here because I spit most of it back into the bag from whence it came. It’s sad that places like this sell hot dogs still when other legit places like Charlie’s and Amazing are gone. If you like eating rubber bologna with no taste, then you’ll love the dogs here. Also, make sure to order your rancid onions on the side to ensure you get the most vomit for your buck.

Well we are hot dog people, there’s hot dog johnny in Belvidere, ducky diamond dogs on mt bethel pa, boulevard drinks in Jersey City or ruts hut in Paterson,,,hands down the worst dogs, service was good, topping ok ,,hot dogs were either multiple meat,or ball park junk, wouldn’t go back ,we bought 4 and 2 went in the garage
