I had the worst experience today. I come here all the time and the employees are always so nice. I could not believe the lady who was very rude was the actual owner. I order the same thing all the time here. I accidentally ordered it wrong and she corrected me rudely, and I said okay sorry can you re-make it please? I gave her the drink back and she proceeds to charge me for another drink. I wasn’t going to pay $14 total. She rolled her eyes and slammed her door. As soon as she saw that I started recording her tone changed and she said “sorry” and the that the door slipped that’s why it slammed so hard. I could always go to Starbucks but I choose to give small businesses my money but I will never be back. Her employees have been nothing but nice.

Super atmosphere, great coffee, comfortable seating, and a nice combination of breakfast items and snacks make this my favorite go-to place in Durant! This place has Starbucks beat hands-down! I make a point to stop in every day when I’m visiting Durant.

Paid more than $16 for 3 large cappuccinos. So bitter that none of them were tolerable. This place used to have the best coffee around. Not sure what happened or when, hopefully they can recover.

We just moved here from Texas and found this place and come here every morning faithfully, the woman who works during the week is so sweet and even knows my husbands “regular”, the lady’s this morning weren’t so helpful and seemed to be a little rude, who knows maybe having a bad day but the coffees that were ordered seemed to have a bitter taste just didn’t taste like what we normally order, we went back to try and see about fixing the coffees and were mocked even held the coffee up and she said “looks like there’s creamer in it to me” as the other lady behind her laughed, I’m not normally bothered by things like this but definitely should be worked on.. but I will remain a customer I guess just on the week days ❤️

Hot Shots Coffee is a very cute & cozy shop to grab quality coffee, baked goods, & sandwiches. You can make your purchase inside the shop & enjoy the cozy atmosphere, or drive through. We tried their holidays drinks, Pumpkin Toasted Marshmallow & Brown Sugar Cinnimon Cheesecake. The drinks tasted as described! Next time we’re in Durant, we’re definitely getting our coffee at Hot Shots!

I walk in and immediately got looks. It is decorated with a heavy influence of Christianity. Bible verses painted on the wall. Overall, the place looks nice. The people however, definitely are snobby. Either you are from there and part of the clique or you are not.
