The food is pretty solid! Its a great option beside regular fast food. The price is okay but a medium panini was filling. I got the caprese and it was great! I love the options for customizations. Some of the staff was very dissesntrested, but one crew was very nice and attentive.

Okay wow. I didn’t take any pics but this was part of a catered lunch. I LOVED the turkey club. The bread was soft but also grilled and the sandwich was “stuffed” just right. The mayonnaise was delicious as well. The real star of the meal was the salted caramel cookie though. I have no words for how amazingly delicious this cookie was. I could’ve eaten that forever. it tasted like salted caramel in every single bite you took which is extremely hard to find when searching for salted caramel flavored food items anywhere. Highly recommend getting the turkey club and that cookie!

The food was lovely as it as at any other location but all 3 employees on the floor were really upsetting. One did not even bother weighing my meat before throwing it on the sandwhich and seemed very miserable and to rush me, and 2 other workers seemed upset like it was such a grueling task to just give my partner some extra sauce on his panini. My sandwhich came out cold and I had to ask then to cook it more and they made the situation feel hostile by asking for them to fix the mistake. It gives the vibes they just want a paycheck and dont know anything about customer service. I was really polite to them all too 🙁 mean service. I hope these employees can be retrained on not only standard for making paninis and customer service. Alot of employees have no idea how their treatment affects us customers and our day.

The food was good. The employees on the other hand? Rude. Very rude. I waited 7 minutes for them to put my panini on the press so they could make other orders. When i asked about my panini they made 7 minutes ago i still had to wait because they weren’t finish making online orders. This place Better & faster workers with a better system.

I love hot table. We used to get it catered at my first job out of college and then I moved away and missed it but I’m back in CT now and drive 20 minutes to get the steak and cheese panini routinely. It’s so good a great combination of steak cheese onions and peppers. Staff is always friendly and always super quick too.

Terrible customer service. Haha lunch order for pickup at 12. It wasn’t ready until 1230 and when I asked they were very rude about it. Turns out they were waiting on 1 sandwich so 3 sat there and got cold for 25 minutes. Very disappointing for the price.

I normally do a pick up order & when I do return it will be that way only. The customer service was.. not good at all. The gentlemen who served us didn’t greet us, then did not interact with us at all during out interaction. He did not smile or act like he wanted to be there, & honestly if that’s the case he shouldn’t be there! I work in fast food myself & would never interact with a customer the way he did tonight.
