It’s incredible how the simplicity make people kind and attentive, customer service 10 star, everybody is kind from the entrance to the end of all the delicious food! The waitress was super kind with us, deserved a good tip! Karma coming back for you
This is my 2nd party event for my daughter sweet 16th birthday an my son birthday event here that was my first party did there. The food is good as always I an my family always enjoy eating at Hot Wok. Dinner time is the best time because there’s more varieties of food vs the lunch menu.

The manager voices her opinion about everything. How the sushi is old and just refried how she hates chalmette people that they are ignorant she yells at staff in front of customers and yells at customers she laughs at the staff instead of helping them she even brings her own food bc she won’t eat the food there she makes fun of the new owners bc they don’t speak English and that’s why she was hired to be the manager there bc she speaks both.

Food very bland no asian flavor. Different pricing than dining in for buffet! You would think one plate carry out would be the same or cheaper! The noodles do not have the asian texture. General Tao chicken sweet not spicy. Cold food.

Great Peking duck very crispy and the bang bang shrimp are so delicious and the mai tai drinks are great too I love the warrior statues and dragons at the front door standing guard. Miss ling really took care of us superior service complete with hot towels for your hands too after the meal

Went for lunch on a Saturday. No line and plenty of seating available. Hot tea came as a single coffee cup instead of a pot and the only utensil they brought to the table was a fork. (There were soup spoons by the soup) it was odd eating banana pudding with a fork. The food all appeared fresh my only real complaint is I was expecting froglegs since they were mentioned when I looked Hot Wok up online.

They are affordable and offer a good selection during their lunch menu and an excellent selection for dinner. The staff are frien DC ly and efficient, the atmosphere is relaxed and kid friendly. The buffett is frequently maintained so that dishes and sushi are fresh and of a good quality.
