Atmosphere was great minus all the screaming, unsupervised children. Food was very good and the service is super neat. You order via a QR code and pick up when it is done.

I would actually go 2.5 stars if I could. Really enjoyed the pork rinds that came with the pimento cheese but the pimento cheese was so salty it was almost inedible. I have never had anything so salty. The pretzels and beer cheese were good, not great. We also tried the fries with chorizo chili but it didn’t taste like any chorizo we have had. My son had the jalapeno burger and the bacon or whatever it was was on it was more like deep fried pork fat and was so chewy he couldn’t eat it and had to take it off the burger. Otherwise the burger was really good.

I’ve eaten here twice and ordered different things. The food is mid at best, smash burger isn’t actually a smash burger and it’s dry as the Sahara desert. Bun tastes stale and crumbles in your mouth. Not worth half the money it costs.

Everything I’ve ever ordered has been fantastic, and the beer pairings are tasty too. Servings are quite generous. The menu changes, which is a delicious and fun way to switch things up. Definitely recommend if you’re in Bham!

Hotbox is so good. Everything I’ve ever eaten has been fantastic. Their burger is one of my favorites in the city and the lemongrass chicken is gluten free! Friendly folks working in the airstream. Honestly the only reason I ever go to the brewery they’re parked at is so that I can get Hotbox (no hate to the brewery though- they’re great). Highly recommend.

The glizzy sauce absolutely disgusting. Crinkle cut middle school cafeteria fries are also trash.

My favorite place to eat in town. I’ve loved every dish I’ve had here (burger, lemongrass fried chicken, brussel sprouts, and drunken noodle). Sometimes it does take a while to get your food, though….worth the wait IMO

Really good Yaka Mein and Jambalaya rolls are huge, had a little fire pit for the outside too. Doesn’t have drunken noodles anymore but it’s all good

I got food poisoning after ordering the fried chicken sandwich. I had a couple of bites and immediately thought it tasted off, and it felt slimy. I took it back to the truck and asked if it could go back on the grill/ if I could get something else. I was told “this is just what chicken tastes like” & the server walked away from me without rectifying at all. I threw up several times that night. The fries were delicious though.
