This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve eaten here. I seem to remember being much more impressed with their pizza the first couple of times, compared to now. The breadsticks were awesome, as was the cheese and garlic butter sauces, the red sauce, not so much! The pizza just seemed bland, and I don’t remember the sausage being crumbled last time, I could be wrong on that aspect though. Not terribly bad overall, but don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon! The staff wasn’t overly friendly either, they were just kinda “blah”!!

The girl at the front register was really nice n helpful. It was my first time there. The food is ok. I suggest extra sauce because there is very little sauce on them and it makes it very dry tasting if u eat it after it cools down. Hot n fresh it was ok.

We decided to try hotbox pizza for the first time last Friday for carryout. My husband and I both thought it was under done and not enough sauce. We realize that would be a personal preference and next time we would just ask for extra sauce and well done. Well, unfortunately we will not be ordering again. When there was 2 slices left I found a hair baked into the crust. At first I thought it could be one of mine and went to pick it off but it was stuck possibly being held down by cheese, so I know it’s not mine. So now I’m grossed out! I sent a complaint via the website right away. As of Tuesday no response from Hotbox. So, we will not be going back.

Winter pie is always very good. Accuracy is consistent and good. Pizza comes our fast and hot and the staff is reliable and friendly. Sitting inside is loud and usually you need to clean your own table first but it’s a pizza joint. Set expectations accordingly for dine-in.

Gave HotBox Pizza a try on the recommendation of a neighbor and it did not disappoint. Pizza was ready at the requested pickup time and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. Our whole family enjoyed it.

Moved back to Greenwood after several years away & was sure I remembered having Hot Box once back then & loving it. Ordered delivery tonight & I remembered correctly; everything was hot, fresh, & yummy. Driver was on time & a sweetheart. LOVE having fountain drinks delivered & in cups we get to keep!
