The food here is always served in a reasonable time and the staff is always attentive and friendly. I frequent this location and am always satisfied with how laid back and clean the environment is. My biggest compliment to this place is you always get your first drink served within 3 minutes and food is always out within 15 minutes. I cannot vouch for weekend nights because I tend to avoid the busier crowds. Thank you for always having decent daily/ monthly specials and keeping a constantly fresh beer tap rotation.

It’s a fun place, but I hated being overlooked 4,000 times before we got our drink and then got ignored, eye rolls, etc. Now, we were not being loud or rude back at all, and we even tipped more than 30 to 40% because I get that the job of a bartender can be highly stressful, but at the same time, they were friendly with some other customers, which I assumed are regulars or friends of theirs. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to chill, and I will return. Hopefully, the next time, it can be a better experience!

Went for dinner on a weeknight, but I guess we got there too late, and our only options were fried appetizers (stopped serving reg food orders at 10 pm). Wasn’t too busy, but definitely people there. The waitresses seemed young and inexperienced, but they tried their best for sure. Have been to other Hotshots, and will continue to visit.

Clicked on the wrong Hot Shot location in the StL Hamburger week app to stumble onto this sports bar. Bellied up to the bar and order the Burger week special – The Woody with Fries. The Woody is essentially a smashed burger with bacon and cheese on a thicker toast. Burger and fries were quite good. The pickles on the side were meh.There were also specials with a pint of Doghead and/or Jameson Shot.

Very Jekyll and Hyde. When I come in as a customer, food always on point, drinks cold and refilled. When I come in as a DoorDash driver, complete opposite. Can’t get help at the pickup station, and it’s always at least 20 mins of wait.
