This place is my preferred hotshots. Bartenders and wait staff are great and friendly. Food is quality for the price. Beer is affordable and they regularly do themed specials. The pool tables need some TLC though. They need to be releveled and the balls and felt need a cleaning. Both somewhat easy to do.

Will not be back. Was told there was no menu so I had no idea how much the drinks we ordered were. Asked for a cosmopolitan and was told, “We don’t have that.” I’m sorry, a bar that doesn’t have cosmos??? Nope. I’m done. Too many other places to go.

I had the worst experience ever and i didn’t think racism still existed, so i was in there today on june 19 2023 between 8:20-8:30pm and we left at 8:49 pm so their was a Caucasian waitress there and she had long hair blonde/ brown hair she was petite and she literally walked passed us the whole entire time and as soon as a Caucasian man and his gf/wife and another Caucasian man came in she serviced them immediately and still never came to service us as if we didn’t even exist and tht was the worst experience I’ve ever had and i usually stay at hot shots for a while but i left fast bc i felt so uncomfortable. I would like to say if you guys are going to hire people like tht young lady she need to kno how to respect every race not jus her own.

Don’t order from them unless you’re going to pick it up yourself and double check your order. And they consistently leave drinks out of the orders when using delivery. All the time. It is quite frustrating because I enjoy the food there but apparently their staff doesn’t know how to read.
