I was told that there were new items on the menu. When I asked what was new, the bartender said that I’ll see what’s new. Guess what! If I could see what was new, I wouldn’t have asked! I’m not a regular, so that’s why I asked!

My friends and I have been to hot shots countless amounts of times and it’s always hit or miss But this was by far the worst service I’ve ever had. We were our servers only table. Our server took 10 minutes to come over and ask what drinks we wanted. Then we saw her smoking in the kitchen. We saw her talking while our food sat in the window and got cold. Then when it was time to get our checks she was talking to someone across the restaurant for 20 minutes. FINALLY when she came back and we asked for our checks she took another 20 minutes to ring us out which she made multiple mistakes on. She messed up what bills had gift cards on them, she charged one persons card to a bill not even at our table. When we told her about the mistakes she didn’t have a care in the world and acted like it wasn’t her problem that she messed with our money. She began to say sarcastic comments to me followed by cursing at me! A paying customer, in front of her manager. Hot shots is a place I normally enjoy but this waitress needs to learn customer service before working at any restaurant again!

Served inedible pretzels. They tasted and smelled like the burnt stuff at the bottom of an oven. This smell and taste were EXTREMELY potent and unbearable. My best guess is the oven and the whole kitchen need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Orders a few different items they were all good. I really enjoyed the house tacos they taste like a better jack In the box taco. The pizza I got was a 9″ personal pizza with pepperoni and it was better than expected the sauce is very good and really shines.

Like the TARDIS, this bar is a lot bigger on the inside. Additionally, it also has some of the cheesiest, crispiest cheese sticks around. Plus you’ll have plenty of options for games to play, and TVs to watch your game of choice. On the downside, they don’t seem to understand how to make trashed wings and the tables were all dirty. Waitresses also seemed bored and uninterested in refilling drinks or just chatting. It’s an alright sports bar with okay food, but it needs a good scrub and improved service.

It’s fine… wait staff is pretty slow but pleasant enough. It might just be that they are short of people like everywhere else these days. The music is played too loud so after some time you just want to get out of there. Maybe have the volume up enough to enjoy the music and still be able to have conversations without shouting. Pizza was decent and the the mini tacos were better than expected(get with the salsa). I have had some other things there too…all pretty good.

I’ve just encountered the service Karen. Just Awful. I come here semi frequently for an hour or so. O normally have 2 maybe 2 drinks throw darts and mind my own business. Tonight after patiently waiting for a 3rd for 20 minutes and my server not passing by. I was rudely told that she would be happy to take care of my order when she was done talking w her coworker.( who I had questioned if she was my server I was 30 to 40′ away corner to corner of round bar) makes sense if you’ve been there. Anyways said bartender comes up to where I’m throwing darts snidely. Anyways she basically says what’s the problem I say w t f? And she tells me she doesn’t need to be cursed at. Basically she was trying to be pro active in a defense to explaining her actions. This all happened with maybe 6 to 8 customers in the place. Had met and talked with vern who was managing and pleasant and informative. As far as the bartender and server it was amateur hour at best. I won’t be back, I suggest you avoid this place as well
