Giving 1 start because bad customer service means all bets are off. The guy hung up on me before I could say yes. I ordered shrimp w/ broccoli. My shrimp & rice were mushy & the flavor was just off. This is my 1st time ordering from them because I’m new to the area but this will be my last. Please save your money & go somewhere else.

After being a loyal customer since October of 2015, we had to contact Hot Wok on Dunn Ave about a pick up from a Friday evening on 10.8.21. We must have been the last customer that night because the Sesame Chicken was more like soup with barely any broccoli (also drenched) and the Vegetable lo Mein tasted rancid. The owner was extremely rude when we walked in with the entire meal uneaten, and he only remade the chicken. When we asked why only the chicken, they yelled at us. We won’t be returning because we understand that mistakes are made, but being rude tells you who they really are and they don’t care about customers. During the pandemic one should be grateful that you still have a business.

The man with the big nose is very nasty! When he answers the phone and when he takes your order at the front counter. He was yelling at my and cursing because he couldn’t understand my speech impediment. I will never visit there again! The lady is the only one that has manners and common courtesy. Chinese men are horrible and he can keep take that attitude back to his homeland!

We ordered General Chicken, Orange Chicken and Chicken with Mixed Veggies. The breaded chicken in the General and Orange dinners tasted like it had some kind of chemical mixed in the breading. It was way off too bad we wasted $50
