Best shoulder in the world. You have to be quick to get pulled pork, because it falls off the bone first. Tender beyond belief. Just the right amount of smoke which allows you to savor the meat. If you ever make it to the sauce it is a killer house-special. Skip the soda, and give me the sauce. The Carters are really Cooking!
