This place needs to be shut down. The big tall lady with the buck teeth is so nasty omg. They all are nasty and miserable. I will never spend my money with this place again. Weren’t these Chinese people at the restaurant that was on main street downtown? Don’t support this business unless you want to deal with nasty attitude and disrespect from these people for patronizing their Business. If you hate your job quit and go back to your homeland!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I decided to leave a review about this first off because SEVERAL of my family members have consistently patronized this business. As a business owner myself, I am BIG on integrity as it relates to the kind of ETIQUETTE I lead with when ANY current or new customer approaches my services. For the lady to have HUNG UP on me THREE times just for asking a LEGITIMATE question about their delivery options spoke volumes so instead of ordering from them AGAIN, I decided to NO LONGER PATRONIZE House of China on Broadway or anywhere else they’re located and take my money to a competitor where both my presence and support of their business is actually appreciated.

Ordered Orange Chicken w/ White Rice, under the sauce the chicken was too greasy and crunchy, and the broccoli inside was chewy. The access oil from chicken upset my stomach, especially mixed w the Orange Chicken sauce.

Contrary to the reviews, this place was actually amazing! Albeit it was a tad expensive, it was definitely worth it—the food was delicious, the seasoning was good, and the customer service was ok, but sometimes the lady would get irritated, usually for a good reason (at least from my experience.) My family always visits here when we can!

I ordered chicken and broccoli and it didn’t taste good at all. It tasted very unusual, it never tastes like that. I called and asked for a replacement and told her that the food tasted funny. At first she tried to tell me that I never ordered, so I had to explain everything that came with the order. I ensured her that all the other food was good. She yelled at me and asked what was the problem and when I told her, she told me that it was the same cook, same sauce, same everything! And she was being very rude about it and did not solve my problem. I just wasted my time and money. Not to mention the man who answered the phone when I originally ordered was being very mean because he wasn’t understanding what I wanted.
