I’m rating solely on customer service: It says call to make a reservation. I called four times and emailed 3, with no reply. When you call, it’s some strange service that says “press one to continue” then it rings forever and no one answers. You can’t leave a message and number in the email is not the same as on the site. If you do email though their form, you’ll get a “we will contact you shortly” and they’ll leave you on ghost. I was trying to reserve for a birthday and after days of trying I had to give up. This is so unfortunate. If you’re closed for good, please update your site. Idk what’s going on but something isn’t right.

Had a wonderful experience at one of my favorite restaurants!! Celebrating my oldest daughter’s 30th birthday with family.. We had a absolutely amazing time. The company was good the atmosphere was perfect!! The area where we were nothing but awesome people celebrating with their loved ones on their special day as well!! Our cook David was the best!! Thanks House of Genji for a beautiful night out!!

It is okay. Compared to tepenyaki in Asia, this is really so-so and not impressed. They have bar, so you can wait there. I came here on weekday night, but still had many people waiting. So, best to have reservations in advance. The interior is out of date, and food is okay.

Unfortunately, the food was simply adequate, the service was average and and as soon as the food was finished being served, the staff immediately gave the bill to all of the customers. I have been to House of Genji a dozen times over 25 plus years and I don’t know how many more times I will give my business before I will not.

Have not been there in almost 40 years. (Moved away) fiance and I were in town thought we would go back to a place we loved 40 years ago. Food was amazing. (When we got it) think the cook was new. He somehow miss counted and my entrée was not on the cart. He didn’t catch it till all was served but me. So everybody got served but myself. He had to go back to the kitchen and get my steak and seafood. Once that was handled my meal was very good. Like I said we had not been there in almost 40 years. I do not think it has been remodeled since then. It definitely needs a makeover on the inside. But other than the “hiccup” food was very good.
