Small, but warm and inviting dining room serves authentic and fresh Vietnamese cuisine. Our bread is baked to perfection and made daily giving it that light airy crunch just like traditional Vietnamese bread used for the banh mi sandwich. We process and season all the flavorful cuts of meats for the banh mi and meat balls for our Pho.

Food here is outstanding. Everyone working there is friendly and welcoming. They will explain everything on the menu and how it’s meant to be eaten traditionally.

This place is easily one of our favorites in all of Pensacola. The depth of flavors, the freshness, and owner/staff are all a cut above other places around. Pictured is the Combi Noodles with Pork/Shrimp/Egg/Broth, the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and the Shrimp Spring Rolls. All excellent and so full of flavor. Can’t recommend enough. Owner is the nicest guy around.

With so many other Pho restaurants nearby you have to really be good and stand out. This place definitely does. It might be a little hidden in the back of the strip mall but it’s worth driving back there. The pork egg rolls were very crunchy and tasty. My wife usually doesn’t like anything with mushrooms but this was so well done with everything else that she didn’t even taste it. The grilled pork banh mi that my son ordered was gone before we even had a chance to ask him how it was. The spicy beef noodles lived up to their name, the meat was tender and the broth was so full of flavor that you easily look past the heat and you want more. Other pho places I have a hard time finishing the entire bowl because after the noodles and meat are gone the broth is kind of bland. Not here, after I finished it all I couldn’t stop sipping the broth until it was almost all gone. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very attentive to everything. He came out and introduced himself, told us about everything we had ordered and you could tell he was passionate about it. Overall a very great experience and I can see this being our new go to Pho place when we make the drive to this side of town.

While not technically on their menu, they have no issue making a tofu ban mi upon request and it was amazing!! I had a few questions about their tofu pho and when the waitress was unsure, the chef came out and spoke with me about how he prepares and seasons tofu! Very friendly service and great food, will be back.

This place is the most authentic pho I’ve had in Florida. The combo pho was awesome, meat was tender, tendon was crazy good! Flavor was on point. Also had the egg rolls and I’m pretty sure I could’ve eaten about 20 of them. Highly recommended.

First time here and it won’t be the last. Started off with the egg rolls, different from the wrapper. Taste wise, mushrooms were present. If you don’t like mushrooms, don’t get them. The egg rolls were also small. The cold cut banh mi was tasty with a nice crunch to the bread. The paste reminds me of a home made banh mi. I also opted for the grilled pork with broken rice. Solid meal with great charcoal flavor to the pork. The egg loft was small, but tasty. The pho broth was one of my favorites around town. The music wasn’t my favorite that was playing at the time. Vietnamese music would have been pretty cool for the ambiance. Fork was scale for the egg rolls and banh mi. Overall 8 Chaus

Best Pho in Pensacola! Nice hole in the wall spot for people that love pho or would like to give it a try. The Waffle Net Egg Rolls are a must try appetizer; so full of flavor! I tried the Chicken pho and I can’t wait to go back and get it again! The owner recommended this authentic Viet hot sauce that adds some spice but doesn’t change the flavor of the pho. Very nice staff and delicious food!

Lovely food! Looking forward to the authentic bun bo hue version and the lemonade coming up! Owner was awesome to talk to. Waffle egg rolls are so interesting to look at! Peach and mango teas are sweet. Bread stick is basically a tiny banh mi.
