While in the area, we happened to stumble upon this place. We dined in on a Wednesday night. Though we were the only ones in the restaurant, there was a revolving door of people coming in to pick up their orders. That’s a good sign to know that their food is good. We ordered a variety of fried rice dishes.. I’ve never seen so many options for fried rice as they do at House of Thai Cuisine. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, and they were absolutely delicious! I had some leftovers packed and was craving to devour it the next day. Although the staff wasn’t the friendliest, they were respectful and tended to our needs. I’m not sure if it was an off day for them, but nonetheless, the food makes up for it all. If I’m ever back in the area, I will be sure to eat here again. You should too!

The food was so delicious I just had to leave a review! Mango sticky rice was my favorite! Drunken noodles were perfectly cooked not soggy, the rice was flavorful and the satay was not dry! Definitely recommend will be ordering again!

Great little hidden gem. I came to visit family and wanted to eat something different from the typical Philly food. We went for a girls dinner before a movie, it was snowing so the place was pretty empty. The place is small but nice. The food the great as were the prices. You must try the Thai iced tea and sweet sticky rice. Four of us ate for $70 including a generous tip, for a place with cloth napkins, that’s almost unheard of. I will definitely eat here again when I’m back in town.

Best Thai restaurant I’ve been to so far in Philly! Very affordable and everything was super delicious. It’s a bit of a drive from the city but it’s 100% worth it! Give ’em a try!

I happen to stumble upon this hidden gem way back in 2014… they’re amazing always have been. I’ve brought dates, I’ve brought family and I brought friends, not once have I ever been disappointed. My favorite is always the calamari! I get their salmon with white rice or the pad Thai both amazing. There isn’t any other Thai place I’ve tried in the city yet that compares. The only issue I currently have is they’re still take out only, with what seems to be no timeline of when they’ll go back to normalcy… For those patrons who’ve come and supported this place for years, like myself we want the DINE IN experience back! Which is the only reason I had to remove a star.

I ordered the Siam chicken it comes with rice, string beans, broccoli and peanut sauce. Everything was delicious, the best peanut sauce I’ve ever tried. A few days ago I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and chicken. The best in town no exaggeration . It tasted way better than I was expecting. Their Thai tea isn’t overly sweet it’s just right.
