My husband and I both got the original sandwich combo with spice level mild and it was barely spicy (which we liked). HOWEVER, DRINKS DON’T COME WITH THE COMBO, just the sandwich and the fries which I thought was low key cheap/lame. BUT the food was delicious – well balanced spicy and sweet (the sauce that comes with the fries is sweet with a hint of heat and the fries have seasoning with sugar on them). The staff was excellent as well!

First off it was our first time here and the young man taking our order, Preston, was very helpful. We got a Sandwhich with Honey Butter, a Southwest Salad with medium heat chicken, and a waffle a la carte. Just keep in mind the combo doesn’t include drink. Overall the food was tasty and the staff was very nice! The lobby is a bit tight but functional. I give it a 4 star only because drink not included when ordering a “combo.” But we’ll be coming back!

The food was good but not above average among it’s class of chicken restaurants. First thing to note is that the “combo” is only the sandwich and fries – drinks aren’t included. Really. Second they participate in this annoying national trend of having fast casual restaurants requesting a tip. I gave in and regretted it. Why? I ordered to go. While it was well organized into little boxes, there was no napkins or cutlery included. And if it was at the stand adjacent to the drinks I wasn’t able to find it and it was overly crowded with people all congregating at the same spot – not ideal for someone holding a massive to-go bag and balancing drinks. How are you supposed to eat a SALAD without a fork?? This should be included with a salad regardless of whether or not forks are self-service. I will say the staff was friendly but we’re not trained in anticipating customer needs.

Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had but boy oh boy do they bring the spice! I wish I knew ahead of time how legit their spices were here. The employee told me Medium is the best one for those who love spice without ruining the sandwich. I still ordered the Spicy. He was right. Despite how good that sandwich was, I could only finish half because it was so hot and I am one who LOVES spicy food.

Yum. Got the medium spice, excited to try a slightly spicer one next time as medium wasn’t really that hot. I happen to love starry, so I was happy they serve Pepsi products. Fries are really good, house sauce was just ok, but grew on me with every bite. Will be going back.

Love chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich here was decent definitely not the best but much better quality than a fast food place. The fries were decent with a special seasoning of their own. The service was great! The place seems very well kept and clean. As far as pricing for what it’s worth I’d say it’s not worth it. They ask you if you want a combo and everywhere you go a combo is sandwich, fries, and a drink but here a combo to them is just sandwich and fries. If you want to add a drink you will probably be paying 20+ dollars per person just so you can drink something with your sandwich and fries. Overall the food is decent not the best and not worth what you pay for in there.
