The food here is incredible! I have had no complaints whatsoever eating here. Ordering is easy and the wait time is next to nothing. Food always comes to me piping hot and tastes amazing. The staff is also friendly and very engaged with their customers.

Terribly disappointing!! Hard to believe the positive reviews. The tofu is hard and rubbery, the chicken with broccoli is tasteless and of poor quality. We are traveling through here and definitely won’t be back! $50 down the drain, food court Chinese would have been better!

On a recent road trip, dinner time came about while we were around Washington township, PA. We wanted something simple and inexpensive. We were happy that we found How Lee. The owner was genuinely nice. Food was delicious. Service was quick. Prices were reasonable. We will be back when our road trip allows us to return to How Lee.

A Wok cooks anywhere between 350°F and 400°F or hotter in some cases. In this method food cooks from the conduction of a hot, well oiled pan. The high heat and oil creates a maillard reaction, providing browning and flavor development we all love. This method is used in almost every Chinese restaurant around. Many of which who have had to switch to to-go only. So your food is coming at you piping hot!! Dare I say.. steaming hot! Throw said hot food in a sealed container and well…. science. The heat brings steam, steam brings water, and the water falls on the food. A sealed container is the safest way to deliver food to you fresh, but can be a downfall to some. Not if you take a vital step after you receive your food. I like to open my containers or poke a hole in them to let the steam escape. I might compromise a bit of heat but I’m ok with it. Do this the next time you order wings too! It works. Ahhh Science.

My family and I had dinner here for the first time last night and it was such a wonderful experience. These are the nicest, friendliest people! They were all so kind to my family. The food was amazing as well. The portions were huge and the flavors were wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasted absolutely delicious! It was a great privilege to have dinner here and I can definitely say we will be back! Friendly and helpful. Tso,s chicken was over cooked or refried from a previous prep but other menu items were fine. The rangoon were delicious. Dining area was clean, maybe out dated but tables were not sticky and even thing was neatly in its place. We will be back

How lee is a staple in our community. Always quick, hot, and fresh. The amount you get is wonderful! I stretch it out over two days. The beef lo mein is my kryptonite. Their general TSOs is yummy too. Their rice.. oh so good. Give them a try if you’re craving something delicious.

They have the best Chinese food around!. It is my go-to place, it is always piping hot, large portions made in a family setting the same consistent people over the years. I’ve gotten to know them,they’re all very friendly and have terrific recall about what you order! Can’t really judge the atmosphere because it’s mainly take out. I can’t speak for the DoorDash part of it but I always pick up my order.

This is the Chinese place that ticks all the boxes of a good Chinese spot. Fast service, kids doing homework, small sitting area and only Chinese spoken behind the counter. Delicious food. I cannot over exaggerate how good it is. Not just good for Washington area, could beat anywhere else.
