I recently visited this Huaco eatery and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service. From the moment I stepped up to order, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The menu had a great selection of Mexican classics such as tacos, posole, and quesadillas, as well as some unique dishes that were new to me. I decided to try the quesadilla, which were some of the best I’ve ever had! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this Mexican eatery to anyone looking for delicious food and great service.

Visited Union Hall today and decided to try Huaco Eatery, and I’m so glad we did! I got the flautas and they were absolutely delicious! It’s so hard to find flautas that aren’t greasy and Huaco Eatery nailed it. The queso and grilled corn were also tasty.

I’ve ate here 2x while visiting Waco. Bothe experiences were exceptional. The food is amazing. Customer service is great. And the priced are reasonable. During my visits I ordered Pazoli, queso and chips, fluotas, and the lettuce wrapped tacos. The pazoli is amazing, homemade, and tasty, fresh made daily and served hot! Queso is soo good, the chips are fresh, floutas are homemade and very very tasty. And the lettuce wrapped tacos are out of this world. The combo of the pastor with lemon and the lettuce makes a wonderful flavor combustion in your mouth.. so juicy and fresh. All the food is fresh and homemade. The rice and beans are great and so flavorful. The tacos are topped with Pico, pickled onions, and salsa verde. The aqua frescas are amazing also!!. I’d highly recomend this place it will not disappoint! 5 stars!!!

Delicious food. Pozole verde is amazing. Roasted corn is so yummy and the “agá de tamarindo” is so refreshing. A MUST if you are here ! Mango water is also very refreshing.

So delicious I had to write a review! I am a Waco local, and have wanted to try Huaco Eatery ever since they opened in Union Hall. I finally tried it, and it was absolutely delicious! I had the flautas, and I would highly recommend trying them. The staff were friendly and my food was given to me quickly. I also had a mango agua fresca, which was SO good. Everything tasted fresh and authentic and I will absolutely be returning again. ($18 for the flautas and the drink)

So good and exceptional that I had to write a review like some of other customers. I have lived in TX for 40 years – all my life and I have to say that I have NEVER had Mexican food that was this good. We came here on a whim just looking for a place to eat and it looked good so we got the Posole, Chicken Tinga, Lettuce Wrapped Arrachera Taco, and roasted corn. EVERYTHING was so good!!! I even told the manager they need a full restaurant. The food was healthy too it didn’t leave us feeling so bloated. Took pictures of our food as well. You will not go wrong eating at Huaco!!! The food is great, service fast and courteous, and the food is presented beautifully on eco friendly dinnerware.

Super fresh and tasty food. We had the green pozole and arrachera quesadilla. Both were delicious. The manager was also super passionate about their food and just made the overall experience that much better. Highly recommend!
