This place is on point. Top of the line service. Our server Tonya was great. Food is over the top. The local Kampachi dish was excellent. We would recommend the macadamia nut ice cream desert. This isn’t your average dinning experience. Over the top.

Phenomenal dinner experience. We started with the poke and rice which was my favorite poke dish out of all the poke we had at the different resort restaurants, it was very good. The chefs special of mushroom and lobster ravioli was perfection, the flavors were incredible.

We did not have the best experience at Hualalai grill. It started off pretty good with a seat on the patio over looking the property with a peek a boo ocean view. But unfortunately, that was the high point for us. The food was overall too salty, especially the steak and the vegetables sides. I found the steak to be a little tough, or they had bad steak knives, or both. The Caesar salad was over dressed. The service was inconsistent and slow, and it may have been due to short staffing. The dessert was good and the staff were nice, but definitely felt that it wasn’t as nice as four seasons other restaurants.

The food was just ok for the price point. The worst part of the meal was our server. I believe his name was Jason (long hair and goatie beard) He was extremely condescending before we ordered. Then he slightly changed his attitude after we ordered plenty of food for the table. Not sure what he thought of us when we first sat down but we felt very uncomfortable with his tone and attitude. I hate leaving bad reviews but this kind of service is unacceptable.
