This is such a great spot for some poke and drinks! I got the ahi avocado and it was absolutely fantastic. Hubs got the coconut shrimp and said it was excellent – I ate his slaw for him though and it was excellent as well. Truffle fries were perfectly crispy, zero sogginess with just the right amount of garlic and truffle oil.

Lovely location right on the water (great view of the planes coming into the airport as well!) We split a sampler and the shrimp was the star of the dish. Scallops and fish were also delicious.

I had an absolutely amazing birthday dinner. Our server was Tristan who was excellent and all of the staff made our night very special. Ordered the monchoko? fish plate, honey salad, and the rib eye. Superb meal, delicious drinks, friendly hospitality and breathtaking views. A hui hou!

Located right at the ocean Hualani’s offers a great view while eating great food. We had the coconut shrimp and baked brie as starters and the bubu arare crusted (which is a white fish) and seared ahi tuna as the main dish. All the food was great as was the service.

Hands down one of the highlights of my week long trip to Kauai. Fantastic service, every dish was better than the next, loved it so much we came back on another day for breakfast. Would highly recommend the dumplings, lobster tempura, opah, and if you go for breakfast the omelettes.

This restaurant is tucked inside Timbers Development on the island of Kauai. One might be able to drive into the Timbers complex but from the NCL Pride of America cruise ship we walked quite a ways uphill, and broke a couple golf course rules by using the cart paths to get to this great spot.

We really enjoyed our time at Hualani’s. The service was really quite good. Only one period where I felt like we were forgotten, but it was when the restaurant was getting busy so I think this is why. Otherwise all hosts and servers were extremely friendly and helpful.

By far the best meal I’ve had on the island! The swordfish was perfectly cooked and the accompanying sauce was perfection. Our server, Tristan, was attentive, yet unobtrusive and made sure we were well taken care of.
