I ordered vegetable fried rice w/o broccoli and mushrooms, add peas. What I got was zucchini fried rice. No baby corn, no peas JUST ZUCCHINI! This was my second time giving them a second chance. Just pitiful. How hard is it to make Vegetable Fried Rice?

My favorite place to eat. I love their food. We eat here at least once a week. My personal favorite dish here is hibachi shrimp…I have had other dishes that were just a good …the honey walnut shrimp is sooo yummy too. Steamed dumplings are the best I’ve ever eaten.

I ordered pepper steak from here tonight and it was full of onions and hardly any seasoning or steak. Not to mention, the owner likes to talk about his customers in his language with his family. I will not visit this restaurant any they are not customer friendly and the food is basic.

As a local, I honestly don’t understand the hype. Finally tried this place after seeing so many positive local reviews and we ended up throwing away a $50 order. Spring rolls were mushy to the touch. The teriyaki chicken on a stick was completely flavorless. Hubby ordered the orange peel chicken extra spicy, it had no spice whatsoever. My daughter’s chicken & broccoli was bland and rubbery, and my wonton soup had a funky after taste to it. Nothing had any flavor to it, it was objectively bad food. Would not recommend spending your money here. Disappointing that we can’t seem to get decent Chinese food in Mooresville.

One of my husband and I’s favorite spots in Mooresville! We have gone here so often that the owner and servers know our table as the booth in the corner & they always greet us with smiles and kind words. We see the owner every single time we go and that woman is such a hard worker and always has a smile on her face. Food is THE BEST Chinese food around. So fresh, flavorful, and affordable. I typically get either chicken hibachi or chicken and vegetables, my husband always goes for the sesame chicken, and we usually start with spring roles. Often times I pick up a hot and sour soup to have at home during the week and is always a comfort food for me when I am not feeling well! This restaurant is also so beautiful on the inside, it’s a lovely spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. Of course takeout is an option too. Love that this is a family fun business with a family that loves it’s customers. No need to go anywhere else than Huang’s Chef for good Chinese!

Not impressed with the crab Rangoon. Little to no filling. Husband got sweet and sour chicken and got very little veggies. Wonton soup (small size) had 4 wontons in the container and very beefy taste. I got Chicken Lo Mein and it was very heavy soy sauced. Not impressed unfortunately
