2nd time trying this place. We were hoping our first experience was a fluke but I’m guessing this slow service is the norm. We came in and were told we could seat ourselves. We sat and waited and the waitresses ignored us and went to another table that came in after us. When we finally flagged down a waitress, she just apologized for the wait and took our order. Then the real wait started. While we waited, we watched the waitresses pile dirty dishes next to food waiting to tables, watched them handle money and then handle food without washing/sanitizing hands, ignore tables trying to wave them down for drink refills. Went to the bathroom and it was nasty as well. If I had been alone, I would have left but because I was with a group, we waited. For an hour. And then the food was greasy.

This was our first time at Huddle House and it truly was amazing! The prices were very reasonable, you get a ton of food, and Kids eat free Monday and Tuesday which is always nice. Our server Fatima was literally top notch. The food was fresh and the cook, Sebrina, was so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Terribly slow…. waited over a hour and a half and our table didn’t even have all our drinks. Server kept walking past and didn’t even address us, literally had to walk up to someone and get our order taken. If you’re reading this, please apply. They need as much help as possible.

Decided to give Huddle House a chance since we were disappointed a year ago. I am still not pleased. The hostess there or whatever her job was was way too loud. So very annoying. The cook made my over well eggs wrong twice. They were runny both times. Plus, they brought out waffles that were not even ours. I think they were another customer’s breakfast. Also, the ladies’ restroom was a mess. I may give them another chance next year.

Thank you to Sabrina and the wonderful crew of ladies working at Huddle house today. Y’all were amazing. These ladies had a lot on their plate but still managed to get things done. It was one of the first times I haven’t walked in and had a line of people waiting to be seated and they got our food to us quicker than any time I’ve been in so far. It was great. They definetly proved that when ya work together as a team ya get things accomplished. Thanks again ladies!!!

I went yesterday with my mother and grandmother. Our server, Jada, was amazing. I would highly recommend her. She was really hard working and she attended to all of the customers that came. It started becoming extremely busy, and Jada was still able to attend to the customers.
