Customer service for the company is horrible! We placed an order back on June 21, 2023 for afternoon pick up. When we got there around 5:30pm the business was closed. They did not notify us they would be closing at a certain time that day. We were picking up some hot wings for my Father-in-law so he could have dinner that night at the hospital with his mom who had been there for days. Huddle house took our money for the food.We sent an email regarding this issue the same day. No one has contacted us about this issue. I have called their customer number about every 10 days or so since. I can not actually speak with anyone in the company since their call center is outsourced. We used to love to eat at Waffle House. They had really good breakfasts that I enjoyed. But after this fiasco I am not sure we will ever eat there again. I should not have to wait for over 6 weeks before someone contacts us back whenever the email response stated one to two days! I will be taking my breakfast wants to other eating establishments from now on. I was trying to wait before writing a review for the world to see, but enough is enough.

I came here to redeem my MVP Platter for my birthday but I did not enjoy my meal as much as I wanted to. My waitress was not attentive at all. She showed more attention to others and made me feel invisible. I am not pleased with my visit and I will not return to this location.

The prime rib omelet was ok and the hash browns could have been less burnt but overall the experience was good. Will stop again the next time I’m in the area. Cudos to the waitress she was a pleasure to meet.

The 1 at 1904 W evens st awful service was slower than a snail LOL screaming kids! Enough to make you I had ordered the big house breakfast I didn’t say one word about scrambled eggs Lol She came back in with scrambled I’m sorry but not even the waitress listens to her customer’s I had said Eggs over medium NO SLIME how is that saying Scrambled?? LOL you need hearing aids!!! Wished you had fixed it at home! I can understand if they were busy but they weren’t!! Sorry NO TIP one of my husband’s waffles looked like it was over cooked big time

As soon as we walked in the waitress told us they were closed but a man (i assume to be a manager) told us they were still open for half an hour more so we sat and waited around 5 minutes before the waitress came over to us and told us that the (assumed) manager shouldn’t have said that and we were gonna be rushed, basically telling us to leave. Very rude and felt extremely unwelcome. I would also like to add we entered at 1:30pm and apparently the close time was 2 which was not posted anywhere.

The food was great and our server was great. Unfortunately it took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. We were told they had a lot of door dash orders to finish which I feel is wrong. I work in food service and we make the orders as they come in. So there should have been no reason we waited that long.
