The services really were bad. I ordered a water with lemon The waitress brought it to me and took my order. Never did get another water. The order wasn’t right and the hash browns were really crispy,. The toast was burnt and I can go on. When checking out the waitress said that she gave me good service. We went and ate there and the waitress we had was in such a hurry she didn’t let us finish ordering, also the food was very blan no flavor between those bad experiences you get a 1 and that was pushing it. The other waitress on the other hand was very nice! She offered to get our son some food since our waitress was to much in a rush.

Took forever and the waitresses were fighting about how they don’t need reminded how to do their job. Also, I asked how long the food was gonna be after waiting 1 hour and the cook yelled at the waitress that she could come take over the grill if she thought she could do a better job. Horrible customer service. I felt awkward! Also, there was a lot of flies inside.

I had the same problem as another person. I walk in sit down lady cook I waited 5 minutes no one took my order. I got up and walked out. I see other places that have reviews negative or positive the owner of franchise will reply. I’m wondering does the owner even care about his business? The time I was there was 5:30pm. This Huddle House use to be good. Now the food is not as good and your lucky if they are not out of anything. I got to where I rather drive up to Waffle House.

Food was served fast and hot. Service was horrible. Other than to bring me my food, my waitress (Sierra) hasn’t said 2 words to me. She’s more interested in flirting with the boy at the counter. Been finished with my meal for 20 minutes and still don’t have a check yet. If you want good service, find somewhere else.
