I have been here a few times now. The food is good and has not been wrong. The service has been acceptable on most occasions. Only gripe is during one visit we were told that the wait would be about an hour (in an empty restaurant) since the cook had finished his shift and the next cook had no shown up. Fortunately for us we had plenty of time to wait and chat, but this has not been an isolated incident I am told.

Food was cold, the service was SO slow; molasses on a snowy day could have served us faster. Our food was brought out at separate times and I waited for a refill forever, didn’t get it till we were about to leave. Not impressed. Btw if you like fried pickles, they give you like 8 and the rest are fries……… -____-

If I could give this location negative stars I would. It took us over an hour to get seated ,get drinks , and just place our order. The when our food finally arrived it was all wrong. My son ordered 3 eggs scrambled and hash browns I ordered 4 eggs and country ham. His order of eggs was significantly larger than mine. All of us had hair in our food. Not just one we had numerous strains of hair. We will be reporting this location to health department. DO NOT EAT THERE

The waitress and the cook had zero concern about my presence. The waitress walked by me several time and didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally she took my order, then helped another waitress at the register before hanging my order for the cook to see. The cook looked like he was in no hurry at all. He looked at my order ticket then turned away to chat with a customer. Nothing was on the grill. If I wasn’t starving and it pouring rain outside I would have left. Worst dining experience in a long time.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Too many complaints to mention. Waitress acts as though she lacks basic knowledge. No customer service whatsoever. Food always wrong. Takes a million forevers. Waitress walks to us on her cell phone and asks “y’all good?” When half of us don’t have our food. When we tell her we don’t have but 2 of 5 orders she stands there with her tongue half out her open mouth like we just confused the life out of her. Cooks do not know how to drop orders. Cooks one ticket at a time. Sorry service whichs leads me to believe sorry management. I worked at the one in Hartwell as a cool and server and never ran out of food the way they do. Which is odd considering they’ve lost almost all they’re customers.

By far the worst place for food and service. Ordered a pancake for my son that was half done, we sent it back n cook replied it will be awhile. I ordered a hamburger steak that was still raw on the inside. I sent it back n have been waiting for 20 minutes n still no replacement of our food. Only got 1 refill of our drinks. Being under New management sure hasn’t helped this place one damn bit.

Waitress was the best part of our visit. They had not waffle mix, no bacon , sausage. What is that all about. Waitress said one waitress didn’t show and no manager. We had to order grits, had to except turkey sausage, and eggs. Since there was nothing on the menu like that we got charged for individual items. Ouch!

Our waitress was apparently getting off work soon,she took our order,brought us coffee,then never returned. She must not have written everything down because one of our party (me)didn’t get any food and had to wait. The food was fair to poor. The toast wasn’t cooked,the bacon was burnt,and the grits were lumpy.Our new waitress was very friendly and made sure we finally got our food and refills on our drinks. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
