We waited 40 minutes for a table on a Sunday. It was worth the wait. The staff is top-notch. We were checked in by Ness, who was running the show. She kept checking in with us to let us know we weren’t forgotten. Food was decent, great bacon!

The food was awesome but our waitress came to our table one time. And that was to bring our drinks. She never came back. They were not busy so I was a little confused as to why she didn’t come back. We had to ask for refills on our drinks.

Breakfast is great, but not worth coming here to get it. Seating customers have to wait longer than necessary because they don’t prioritize orders. The consequence is a crowded restaurant with people waiting to be seated, delivery people waiting for orders while invading seating customers personal space. If they prioritized seating customers orders, and had delivery people wait outside, it would be a pleasant experience…but they don’t.

Went for a quick breakfast. It was 7.30 on a Sat morning. Place was packed had to find a seat for ourselves towards the back which is hard to do with a wheelchair. We ordered a special that came with everything including pancakes, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, etc… Then second order was just biscuits and gravy. 15 minutes later our waitress comes back to tell us there are no biscuits in the place what else would Iike or we can wait another 20 minutes for them to come out. I tell her no toast and gravy is fine. I waited long enough. Afterwards we get the ticket and told there is a discount on both breakfast since we both had biscuits and gravy but got toast and gravy instead. But our bill still came out to over $30. No there was no discount on that bill it was full price charge on both meals. Nothing was discounted. Considering the biscuits and gravy was only on the menu any how.

Snuggled in Hartwell, the restaurant chain is usually crowed. Stopped in on a Monday and was able to get in, sit down and enjoy my food wihout the wait. No complaints about the service or food.
