The tables were nasty, floor was standing in water. No one seemed to care about the standing water. Our food was cooked 1 plate at a time and brought out,so we had to wait on all our food to come then the waffles was stail and cold. Their were only 3 people working 1 cook and 2 servers. This place use to be a good place to eat. This was not the 1st time the place was nasty and poor food. We ate their a few days earlier a d it was almost as bad

My waitress looked upset every time I asked for something. The food was cold so I sent it back. The grits was still cold and the eggs luke warm when she brought me a new plate. I had been going to this Huddle House for six years. It used to have quick service and very good food. Not anymore.

UPDATE: It continuously has a change in employees. Suggest you be prepare to “nurse” your drink as it takes them forever to give a refill. 3 waitresses and 2 cooks and 2 other patrons, but took forever to get a coffee refill. Went from 3 to 2 stars.

My order was brought out 3 different times, and wrong all 3 times. The third time I was told my pancakes were going to be canceled from the check and they were not going to make them because they had too many orders and only one grill. There were 2 cooks and the place wasn’t even busy! The waitress had the worst attitude, she rolled her eyes after she realized the pancakes that I ordered she gave to the table behind me and gave me their waffle! As the table behind me was about to pay their check they were charged a double order and the waitress tried to make her pay for it! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

I use to come here a lot but recently they have this new waitress, actually, I don’t think she is new. She has been there a while but just recently started giving me and my gf a problem. She is always rude and never gets your order right. Her name is Krystal, yea the first time it was okay I mean we get it you’re new, second time still kinda off but not annoying but after the 3rd and 4th time, no I am sorry you just suck at your job. There is a fine line between being “stressed out and flustered” and “you suck go home” I mean we all work and even I have worked in the service industry before. I understand it can be hard at times and some customers can be annoying. But if my visits, which are about 2-3 months apart, always get screwed up and then you act like it’s the customers fault and not yours then you have the problem not the customers. Other than that I highly recommend this place! unless you get Krystal she sucks.

My husband and I got into town extremely late and we were starving. The local McDonald’s was even closed! We knew that Huddle House was open for a little bit longer and decided to see if they would take us. We walked right in and they fired up the grill and the fryer. The employees were extremely frendly and served us a Delicious Hot meal! They took very good care of us. They were very clean dispite some other reviews. We will definitely be back!

The staff is nice an does a great job with service. However while waiting lokking around i feel tge place needs a cleaning looks like equipment is clean however ceilings and light fixtures have not been touched in years. A little touch up paint here and there would not hurt either. I feel you have the people to build your business. However if the customers dont feel like the store is beong taken of they will stop coming.

Terriable. Ladies at night burnt all our food. Husbands hamburger was a hockey puck left on it’s side so long it looked like a little black spaceship. Bacon was hard and burnt, all of the food was greasy. good lesson learned this was a to go order ALWAYS check to go orders. don’t know if day time is better but I am to scared to find out. GROSS. I want my $23.00 dollars back.. if this was my restaurant I would get better cooks… I don’t know how you have customers I guess it’s lucky ur the only kind of restaurant in the area.. YUCK. I THINK THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN NOW.

When my fiancée and I walked in, literally EVERY table was dirty and the two waitresses (who had been standing at the register, watching us walk in) had started a collection of dishes on the bar. She ordered a pancake platter. That’s one pancake, two eggs, and an order of sausage. We received two severely undercooked pancakes, two undercooked scrambled eggs, and undercooked turkey sausage (which is usually fried but was grilled at this location for some reason). The entire staff tonight should be fired. Why do Marie (general manager) and Chris (assistant) allow the store to be so poorly cared for? I would be interviewing people every day if that was the crew I had to oversee.
