This place was absolutely amazing!! Holly Jo was our server and she had everything to a T! We had our usual patty melt and stuffed hash-browns and they were amazing and satisfied my hunger very efficiently. She came to our table accordingly and in a very timely manner! Ms. Holly always had a smile on her face and even walking to other tables or talking to her coworkers, she never cussed, yelled at anyone, or did anything out of the ordinary. Many huddle houses we have been to have been dirty, had nasty food, and provided poor servers with poor attitudes. This huddle house has got it GOING ON!!!

After traveling 12 straight hours on the road from Pennsylvania, we pulled into the parking lot at the Huddle House in Montevallo, AL road weary, tired and hungry. We were greeted by the smiling, friendly, welcoming crew as soon as we walked in the door. We told them we were visiting our parents for their 60th wedding anniversary and our immediate family was coming to celebrate. The breakfast was served quickly and very fresh, made to order. We had such a great experience that we brought the entire family back 2 days later for breakfast. The Huddle House crew remembered us and why were we visiting and wished my parents happy anniversary. The service was great, food was very tasty and you can’t help but to leave with a smile on your face along with a full, satisfied belly.

I wouldn’t even leave one star, but since you have to here you go. I get that some places are understaffed so it wasn’t the wait time it was the rudeness and the fact our food was cold when it finally made it to our table. I am working on myself so my little laugh was me controlling my demons but best believe I like to match energy! Don’t work customer service if you can’t have the passion and kindness it takes to do so!
