They messed up my order was not happy I should took pictures! I was to upset to remember I ordered 2 Prime rib Prime rib tips dinner I got 2 prime rib Sandwich plates! Awesome I had to wait 20 minutes more on my order sitting outsi and they told me my order was ready but nobody was bringing it out I also ordered the brownie of the mode And that plate was in between my 2 Sandwiches and my macaroni cheese and was melted It was at 9 30 10 o’clock when I called and asked to speak to a manager and he said that my orders were sandwiches I still have the receipt that says they were dinners I do not go driving much because I have a bad hip my whole left leg I’m having problems with so I haven’t made it down with the receipt but I will eventually will This is the first time ever that I’ve had problems with this place I love Huddle house but they made me feel very uncomfortable when I had to go in there to get my food there were barely anyone there as customers and this was in the evening! When I called the young lady did not know who was manager and she asked a gentleman that was there Hey are you a manager So that also made me feel uncomfortable!

This place was so nasty. Water all over the floor looked as it came from the bathroom area. Opened bathroom door it was filthy in there. Did not use it. Behind the counter on the floor had food all over. They didn’t seem to know much of anything and the ones there “working” look& act like their in outer space. And we are just leaving. They were not busy at all. Everyone was on break when we got there. For a dead restaurant it sure was nasty. They should of been cleaning that place. No excuse for this. Poor management & lazy employees is all I can say. Hope you have a better experience than we did. Oh the food was not very good either. I won’t be back. Only reason we stayed is my daughter really needed something to eat. Hope she don’t get sick. Health department really needs to go in and do a check on this place. Have a nice day. Oh I was so nice I did give them a tip. A tip of advice

Our food was awesome but our waitress “Hilary” was very rude. I came to meet my husband for lunch and had a coffee while I was waiting. He had left his keys in my car so I left $5 and told her I had to go pickup my husband but we would be back to eat. We came back 30 minutes later and ordered. When we went to pay she had charged me for coffee again and told me she had waited on me 2 separate times and I had taken up one of her tables. We paid then I asked to speak to a manager. Another waitress told me Hilary was just having a bad day. I told her that was unprofessional and that we all have bad days but never should take it out on another person especially not a customer. Needless to say, we will not be back!

The food was ordered and brought. The pancakes were extremely dry, the “over easy eggs” when cut into the uncooked white of the egg ran all iver the plate. My husband asked for non cruspy bacon, bacon was beyond crispy. I asked for my hasbrowns to be crispy and as usual on one side was crispy and swimming in a pool of grease. The little short waitress with clown make-up had a severe attitude. Horrible experience, we won’t be going back.

Food was meh at best. Service was slow but they were training 2 new cooks. Must have been their first day because they definitely were unsure of what they were doing. NEVER CHANGED THEIR GLOVES even after using cleaning solution then went right back to tuching food. Won’t go back.

Barely anyone in the restaurant, still took almost 10 minutes just to get menus. Asked for no ice in my drink- it had ice. Daughter was excited for the kids waffle with a smiley and it didn’t come with a smiley, just a burnt piece of bacon and crunchy waffle. I ordered the ribeye and shrimp- it was a disaster, veggies were frozen, mashed potatoes were cold with hot gravy on top, shrimp overcooked, and didn’t get a ribeye… not sure what it was but it was more like a cube steak as I cut it with a butter knife and it was really thin. Drinks weren’t offered refills until we were practically done eating. And to top it off, the waitress hovered over the machine to see if we were going to leave a tip. Makes me sick that we spent almost $90 and left hungry because most of the food was not edible and the waitress didn’t stay at the table long enough to hear our complaints. Never returning there, I feel robbed.
