So here was my experience at the Huddle House in Boaz. I am server myself so therefore I always pay attention. We were greeted when we come in. Our server Alexis (I think I’m correct on her name) was very good. We did have a problem nothing serious. The manager Gracie was very polite, and professional. She solved the issue ( our coupon had expired by 1 day) I watched her though to going to tables asking how things were? She helped the servers when needed. You could tell she cared .The cooks did amazing with our food. The restaurant was very clean. The environment was great too. Will be making more visits soon. I love Huddle House… It’s my favorite restaurant. Glad they have salads again too.

Came in a little after 9am and sat right away, which is unusual. Took over 15 minutes to get menus or be aknowledged-it was not that busy. Drink and food order was put in at 9:43, it took until 10:31 for food to arrive. Had to send some stuff back. Eggs were cold or not cooked right. Ordered Crispy hashbrowns, one order came out over cooked and the others looks like shredded potatoes that hadn’t touch the grill and waffle was cold, butter wouldn’t even melt. Will not be back to this location.

Me and my friend had went to huddle house today and we were so satisfied by how amazing the workers attitudes were they were all so nice and friendly I think there names were Braxton justice and Matt and Braxton made sure we did not go without drinks as well as being super helpful and asking us if we needed anything else!!! Look… place is dope okay? Just come in, find a place to sit, they’re gonna come get your drink order and then your food order. After a few minutes they come back with plates of hot food that you choose. While you wait just look around at all the very interesting people that come and go. And if you’re lucky… you’ll see a stretch ford limo truck struggle around the parking lot. Dude has more money than sense if you ask me. Anyhootie… enjoy your meal and tip your server.
