Our family really enjoyed this huddle house.The waitress was so sweet and helpful the cook did so good on cooking our food my husband’s steak was cook to perfection.we would love to come back here.

We stopped going to this Huddle House 6 or 8 months ago because every time we were their the manager was sitting at the bar and her daughter had a terrible attitude. We tried again Sunday it was about 130 the service was amazing the food was great we were almost done when shift changed happened they swapped servers seamlessly and the next cook made our to go order and it was wonderful. The new manager was running around helping we ever overheard her say she was going to clean bathrooms. Very impressive change.

This place is a sham. After 10pm you have to pay for a “to go order” before they will cook it. Eaither a credit card or drive there and sit and wait with cash. The staff is unapologetic when they mess up. Like tonight, I called and placed order with debit card was told 15 mins. But when I showed up I released my order hadn’t even been cooked and the cook nowhere in site. They go find her and told me that she was in the back listening to music and didn’t hear the order being called out. But being the only restaurant open after 11 p.m. and Piedmont Alabama there’s not really much you can do and that’s why they don’t care.

Had to get up and request silverware. Was only given 1 glass of tea, wasn’t offered anymore. Way over priced for the quality of food. My side salad was full of ruined lettuce so I wasn’t able to eat it. The baked potato was hard. My waitress seemed more busy discussing with her coworkers about the “party ” they had the night than attending her customers. The person that I assumed was the assistant manager (she replied to another customer that she had been in the office doing paperwork) seemed to be oblivious to waitresses neglect of the customers. Will not be stopping in this particular Huddle House anymore.

Very disappointed in this location. Took FOREVER to bring our food out and when it came out it was like 1 person got there meal, 10 minutes later another got there’s. The meals weren’t even made right and we were missing pieces of the food and had to keep asking for the rest of our meals. My daughter was supposed to have toast with hers and after waiting through the entire dinner she never got them. We mentioned it again at the end. The wattress grabs the toast and hands it to her ♀️We got 2 adult meals on a Tuesday and theres a big sign in the window that says KIDS EAT FREE with an adult meal Monday and Tuesday. Paid the bill and got the receipt.. after.. which clearly showed we didn’t get the meals free so I asked for a refund on the kids meals and was told they couldn’t issue a refund because I had already been charged on my card… then the manager gave me a coupon for an adult meal and said it’s worth $8 and any huddle house will know what it is and honor it.. but like c’mon how can you not issue a refund? I don’t even want to go back but have to in order to use the coupon. That’s ridiculous.

Very nice, and a definite improvement over it’s cousin, Waffle House. The grill operator made a great triple burger for me and perfect fries. Coffee was very good also. Clean restroom to wash up. Floors were spotless. Silverware was clean. Waitress was attentive. Nice experience at 10 pm, tired and hungry from a long drive. Thank you!

The food was really good. The waitress we had needs some remedial training. We were charged around $20 extra for food that was part of the kids meals. We were also charged adult drinks when they are also included in the kids meals.

Would not accept a call in order. I have never eaten there. I have seen plenty of bad reviews but my family and I decided to try it. Tried to call in an order(large one at that) and I was told the do not accept call in orders. Will never try again. You lost a potential customer and his family. Good job!

The cooks had no idea how to do what needed to be done, the lady waiting on us was incompetent at best. The only person who knew what was going on and how to do anything was Brandy, other than that it was a total wreck of an experience.
