Service was awful, and there were only 2 other tables occupied. One meal was delivered about 10 minutes after the first with no explanation. The first meal was delivered without flatware. Eggs were not done as ordered on either meal. The eggs were ordered over easy on the photo with the bacon on the plate. No refills were given for coffee, even with a price of over $3 for a cup. I put my empty cup and empty water glass on the table’s edge, but they both stayed empty. Couldn’t even get our check until we walked up to the register. Sad. Mr. Waffle will get our business from here on out. HH just kept getting worse each visit.

The server Kimberly was very nice and gave amazing service making sure we were taken care of. The cook Jacob cooked my food perfect. This is the first huddle house I have been to that the bacon was cooked perfect. Jacob even brought a plate of food out while the server was helping another table. And Roosevelt even came out to ask us how everything was and it made this a very nice meal

We were the only 2 in there, the food was good (other than the brown apples in my fruit bowl), but service wasn’t. After our food was served, our waiter never came back to see if everything was OK or if we needed a refill, which we did. Even after we were through, we had to ask for our ticket. The waiter that waited on us was so feminine acting and was on his phone almost the entire time we were there. This is the second time we ate there, the first time was when they just opened, so they were very busy. The second time, there was no excuse for poor service, it was just 2 of us there. We won’t be eating there again!

I arrived at Huddle House at 9:25. It’s 9:52 and finally someone came to the table for our drink order. It took ten minutes standing in front just to get a table. 2 groups walked out because of the service. They are severely under staffed, there’s no team work…… WHERE IS THE MANAGER????? I haven’t had the food yet to add to the review. Breakfast is pretty hard to mess up. If you’re looking for a job, I’m sure they will hire you on the spot. They need a busboy because there was 4 dirty tables that needed to be cleaned. They need at least 2 other servers and they need a manager.

Considering all of the bad reviews, we started not to eat here. However, we wanted to support one of the newest businesses in town so we waited past the initial mad rush of a new or remodeled restaurant here in Selma. We arrived at the same time as 6 other parties, two of which contained 4 or more. The waitresses did a great job of seating us in the order of arrival. All of employees seemed very friendly.

Food came out cold and burnt so it must have been old. The server was friendly whenever she did come by our table but only came by twice and we were there for a while. Looking around there is dust everywhere and the ceiling looked like it’s been leaking recently. Silverware was all placed in the middle of the table and not split up amongst everyone and there was only 2 other tables that have already been seated. Orders came out randomly over a 15+ minute wait from the 1st plate being served.

I’m sorry but this place deserves no star, first of all the service was lousy, the person who took the orders had a face that made you want to leave the place just by seeing it, of course we didn’t because we were hungry, and about the food, I don’t know because after a long wait it didn’t arrive. and my coffee got cold waiting for the sugar. I definitely don’t want other people to go through the same thing.
