I’ve been here a few times to eat at different times periods too so it would have a fair shot. The food was only warm and took forever to be brought to our table. The service is slow. It took them an average of 8 minutes to bring us menus and ask for our drink order. Each time it felt like the waitress did not want to be there and was rude. It took them an average of 10 minutes to bring our drinks. When I went for breakfast, I asked that there be no eggs on my plate (because I’m allergic) and they acted like that was a big deal and too complicated to do. They also never checked on us but would go to other tables that had more attractive clientele. On my most recent trip here, I noticed that we hadn’t seen our waitress in a while. I went to the restroom and she was taking up the only stall playing on her phone. The bathroom was also not clean and smelled horrible. We asked for a to go box, they brought it but didn’t bring our check. We waited another 15 minutes and eventually had to go up to the front and ask for it. I shall also let you know each time was not that busy. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Went in today for breakfast and the food was GREAT! The service was WONDERFUL. It was 2 servers, our server was Leeanna, 2 cooks and even the manager walked around with the coffee pot speaking to customers. Very friendly atmosphere today! Cooks did a great job as well. High five you guys!!! Also the place was clean!

We went to our local Huddle House to eat breakfast. All tables were full.No one said anything so we sat down at a table behind some yellow signs. I know it said caution but it was one table.A manager came out and said in a rough tone “that table is closed “. No I’m sorry.We got up and told her we would just go somewhere else. Shouldn’t your customers be treated than that.

There was only one cook when we went so we had a pretty long time to wait for food but I understand being short handed. My son ordered the cookies and cream pancakes. He was not a fan. I ordered the stuffed hash browns and they were really good! However, I got a biscuit instead of toast. I didn’t complain because again they were short handed. My son ordered sweet tea and it was perfect. My sprite however, tasted like sparkling water with a little sugar. I would recommend eating there as we all have different taste buds. The waitress was kind. I still left tips on table and for the cook.

It’s not bad when you go there to eat. The service is always nice, when they’re actually staffed. It’s when you want to call for take out thats my real problem. They NEVER answer the phone. Just in the last 2 days I’ve tried calling 4 times to make an order and never got an answer. In the 3 years I’ve lived here and tried ordering to go they have only answered the phone ONCE. They put me on hold for 5 minutes, and then when I finally have them my order they hung up without asking for my name to go with the order, without telling me how much it would be, or even how long it would take. Which is why I’m always hesitant to use their website to order a to go instead. If they can’t answer their phones, what makes me think they’ll look at their online orders? I’ve never done DoorDash for them, but I can’t imagine it being any better for them to get the orders put in either.

The cheeseburger combo was delicious. I asked for crispy fries and the cook prepared them perfectly! My friend had eggs, waffle, bacon and hash browns. He said they were fantastic!

Worst dine in experience we have ever had. I had a hamburger and fries. Came to the table warm not hot. Shrimp and chicken basket was not tossed in Buffalo sauce but brought to the table in a pool of sauce. Could not be consumed. I really don’t know how this place is open. Terrible and will never go back!

The cook didn’t know the difference between over easy and over medium. He complained he had to remake my eggs and they took forever to remake them. I actually heard the cook say those things. Didn’t even get my food discounted for anything, I was done eating when the remade eggs came out. They also changed my wife’s order as well without asking.

Went in today for breakfast and you can tell someone has put their foot down the place was clean all the way around bathrooms were clean. Our service was wonderful and the food was GREAT! We will be back! Everyone was so friendly. The food was fresh and cooked perfect. Way to go guys! Also they pay attention to their customers, and elderly man(on cane) pulled up and before he could even get out his truck one of the young ladies was headed to the door to hold it open for him
